My 4s iphone suddenly has a 200% enlarges screen and is not working properly. when i reset it works but this happens once a day at least. How to solve it?

I've just left iOS for Android and the thing I missed the most from my iphone is the light-up-lock-screen functionaly in which I don't have to pick-up my phone to see the notification light up on my locked screen. Instead of this cool feature, my S6 gives a vibration or the LED lights up without automatically light up the screen which is annoying cause I need to pick up my phone and hit the home button to see the notifications.Can I had this feature on my besides that superb S6?
View 3 Replies View RelatedThe touch functionality still works, however, the screen does not light up or becomes extremely distorted and fuzzy most of the time. I called Rogers support and they seemed to believe it could be a software problem - but are you serious? I think they were just blowing me off.Okay - basically about a month ago, my screen would become pixelated and distorted when i would slide my touch screen up to reveal the keyboard. This problem still exists today. Ic ould sometimes get rid of it by locking and unlocking the screen, but after a day or two that never worked, so I began to use the phone only by using the touch screen. However, for about a week now the screen does not light up at all anymore. I would press the lock button and the bottom four buttons would light up - I would press the lock button again and they would turn off, but no screen illumination. Maybe - MAYBE - once a day I can manage to illuminate the screen and use it. But for the most part, the screen stays unlit.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased an unlocked Verizon Storm2 9550 from the U.S. I am located in Canada and my carrier is Rogers.
When I got my phone, I took out the SIM card that was in it from the oriinal owner and inserted a Rogers SIM card that I have been using on a number of older Blackberries for about 7 years now. The SIM card series is 8930 2720 3040 3168 7436.
My new 9550 was configured for use on our enterprise server at work. When it works, it's a pleasure. However it is prone to frequent freezing issues - not complete freezing but, rather, the screen doesn't seem to fully click, I lose scrolling through messages functionality, I can never stay within an email. It's really a hodge-podge which is annoying enough that I have to do a battery-removal reboot. (Incidentally, is it normal that it takes about 3 minutes for the unit to reboot?)
Here are my questions:
1) Does anyone know how to resolve the annoying and persistent freezing?
2) Might the freezing relate to the old SIM card? Is there any preferred SIM card that I should be lookingn for?
3) Is there any chance that I could get 3G to work? Right now, only 2G works.
4) Might it be an OS problem? Here are the details that show up :

I am unable to switch off the phone or move the screen, it's just frozen and it's showing that the phone is locked although it has been unlocked and moved to another screen prior to freezing. I am now restoring the phone to it's factory settings and it is still being processed.
I can see that itunes is working on this, but the screen remains frozen and switched on. If this doesn't work and I think that it won't.

And NO, it is not locked. Photos, books, webpages and email will rotate 90 degrees in either direction - meaning they'll go from portrait to landscape, but will not go all the way around 180 degrees. There is no sound to make a call, playing music or when im on an App. The only solution so far that ive found is to keep turning the phone off/on. Ive tried the headphone idea, plugging it in and back out again, however there is no sound coming from the headphones either. Im baffled to what it could be!! In the last 24hrs its happened twice and it first started yesterday. After I sorted the problem out this afternoon it worked fine all day until just now.
