I downloaded the 5.1 on my Iphone and suddenly my screen on my phone has gotten huge and I cannot turn phone on or access anything.

My 3 months old iphone 5c screen suddenly turns black with the white Apple logo for a few seconds then returns to normal almost everyday especially while playing game like Dead Trigger 2 or while using the camera and sometimes while browing the web and after disconnected the call. The problem started since last week the screen just shows a sign connect to itune, after several attempts i succeed to restore it. Since then this problem occurred, the first time it happened the screen just black and I tried to switch on the phone but it doesn't not on and when I pressed the home button and the power button then the phone switch on.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an Apple-unlocked iPhone 3GS which I bought in Australia 2 years ago. It's always worked fine with various SIMs and varuious carriers - I travel a lot so unlocked was my chocie as I use SIMs in each country I visit. Recently in UK, I bought and installed a prepaid (pay as you go) SIM while I was there and now I find the phone is locked to that carrier. Well, at least it will not make calls - it'll recieve calls and it'll send and recieve SMS messages, but I can't make any calls - it just begins the calling process then gives call failed message. Now I find the problem, I've moved on to another country so getting the carrier to see to it is impossible for me. So now I have a locked phone because somehow a carrier has been able to disable the factory unlock by using their SIM I installed. This is a carrier I have not used before with this phone.
how can that happen? How can a carrier have that sort of power over the device? How can I get back to the original unlocked state? I've tried a total Restore, but no change - still locked.

I've been using the universal dock for almost 2 years with my iPhone 5 (using a genuine adapter from 30pin to lightening) and everything was ok.
a week ago I've opened the iPhone to switch the flex cable because the on/off button barely worked and also switched the battery with a new one, everything was genuine and now the dock refuses to work
it does charges the iPhone but the remote doesn't work and the audio doesn't go to the speakers connected to the dock, it get out of the iPhone speaker.

I am unable to switch off the phone or move the screen, it's just frozen and it's showing that the phone is locked although it has been unlocked and moved to another screen prior to freezing. I am now restoring the phone to it's factory settings and it is still being processed.
I can see that itunes is working on this, but the screen remains frozen and switched on. If this doesn't work and I think that it won't.
