BB Device Software :: Memo / Task Data Cleared After OS Upgrade?
Jul 20, 2010I have a Blackberry Curve 8310 with a data plan and I recently did an OS upgrade using the update feature on the phone itself. However, after the upgrade I noticed that my memo pad and task data were cleared out which seems odd to me, because it spent a good chunk of time creating a backup, and after the update the core data, communication data, and calendar data remained intact. This is somewhat stressing because I had typed a few ideas out on my phone's memo pad and had not backed them up (slap on the hand for me), and now I no longer have access to them. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know if this backup data might still exist?

I've tried saving pictures taken with my camera, screenshots, and downloaded pictures but every time i open the gallery, it's completely empty. i haven't changed the storage method from internal to sd memory so I'm at a loss. May 25, 2012I have a movie that I unwisely purchased on my iphone, which now I cannot get removed from the phone. I even deleted the movie from my itunes account, then synced the iphone back up and nothing! No red delete button comes up, I've already heard that. Also when I try to play the movie on my iphone to see if I can delete it after I've played it once, a message comes up saying You do not have permission to access the requested source. I can get into my itunes account no problem, so I have no idea what is going on. The movie is taking up a lot of space on my phone. I was able to remove music videos and tv shows from my phone with no problems, so don't know why this movie is so stubborn. Might it be because it's rated R? If so how do I "get permission" to access it? I can watch it fine from my PC.
