Nov 3, 2015I have just bought an SD card for my Sony Xperia Z5 Compact as I keep getting the "Memory is 75% full" message. With my SD card inserted I have used the wizard to transfer contents but as I press 'Transfer' absolutely nothing happens...
I have restarted, unmounted/mounted the SD card, removed and reinserted it and finally I formatted it. Nothing worked.

Go to the Summary tab in iPhone preferences and click Restore to restore this iPhone to factory settings. I don't want to restore to the factory settings. May 19, 2012due to my iphone got problem in hanging recently and my friends suggest me to erase all contents and setting to do a master reset. I have done it just now, however, after it has done and ask me to connect to itune with usb cable. I connected to my itune, but it is not working and i cant restore the IOS to my iphone at all...this cld be due to itune cant recognise my phone name as previously i do put a name on the phone but now i can only see generic terms "iphone" appear in the itune device (left side) there. May 25, 2012I have a movie that I unwisely purchased on my iphone, which now I cannot get removed from the phone. I even deleted the movie from my itunes account, then synced the iphone back up and nothing! No red delete button comes up, I've already heard that. Also when I try to play the movie on my iphone to see if I can delete it after I've played it once, a message comes up saying You do not have permission to access the requested source. I can get into my itunes account no problem, so I have no idea what is going on. The movie is taking up a lot of space on my phone. I was able to remove music videos and tv shows from my phone with no problems, so don't know why this movie is so stubborn. Might it be because it's rated R? If so how do I "get permission" to access it? I can watch it fine from my PC.

Using a 5 line preview of the email, I can see the start of the content. If I reply or forward, I can see the previous email content. Is this an issue with oS 5.1.1?

May 26, 2012All my contents on my iphone 4 are lost after I upgraded it to ios 5.1.1. That is includding my contacts too.
Every time I connected my iphone4 back to Itunes. It showed a pop-up menu said " Itunes was interrupted while restoring the contents of the iphone, would you like to restore this iphone again now?" but when I clicked "continue restore" button. It showed another pop-up menu said "an error occurred while restoring this iphone(-50)."

I have done this and still get the same problem. I use Windows 7. I have tried running both on and off administrator mode and with and without my Zonealarm firewall. This phone has never been jailbroken.
