IPhone :: Find The Trash Contents To Recover Deleted Email On 3gs?
Jun 8, 2012
Somewhere on my iPhone there is a folder that can be accessed to recover an accidentally deleted email. I know it is there but cannot find it now. I know this is not a difficult question, but my brain is fried now that I need to recover it.
Because the "delete" softkey is so close to the edge of the phone I inadvertently deleted an important email. It is in the trash, but I cannot return it to my inbox, nor forward it to myself.
I am using BB to connect to my Groupwise (IMAP) when an email is deleted off the Blackberry selecting "delete message - on Mailbox & on Handheld" the message is completely deleted from the Groupwise mailbox, it does not move to trash. Anyway, I can get around with it.
I can delete individual emails from my inbox. However, when I go to Trash folder there is no method to delete the Trash contents. Searching the manual gives zero information. Searching online has not been much more productive. The methods I've seen in independent forums don't work for me.
My Verizon Data App stopped letting me log in and after getting no response as to what might be wrong, I decided to just delete the app and then reinstall it on my homepage. After I deleted it, I went to all Apps and it's not there! So is there a way to Undo a delete or does anyone know how I can go about getting back the app that tells me how much of my data I've used?
I have a samsung s6 and am on a pop server using an email address from go daddy. I only have that one account going to my mailbox. I am able to read the email in the recycle bin but am unable to forward, reply or save the email. There seems to be no option to move it to the in box folder...
I haven't noticed this before when I upgraded an OS or changed iPhones - but perhaps someone else can confirm..I haven't emptied my trash (on a mac) since I upgraded to the iPhone 4. I just went to empty it and saw a bunch of apps (.ipa) in there. Now I checked and they all still seem to also be in the correct iTunes directory as well - so ultimately not worries. But just wondered how/why some (not all) apps wound up in the trash.
i noticed when i delete an email on my iphone, it doesn't show up in the trash like it would if you delete it on a computer. is there anyway around this?
I deleted the backup file while trying to update to 5.1.1. My phone wouldn't update and I read that I needed to delete the previous backup (bad idea). Well after I updated OS I can't backup to get my previous files and contacts. This is horrible and I am lost at this point on what to do. And I haven't been using iCloud.
I connected my iphone to my computer and manually deleted iphone photos via the computer File Manager.Â
I did not have any backup.Â
From what I have read, it is possible to recover the photos (ie, "don't use the iphone so the data is overwritten") but I have zero idea how to do that.Â
I have a C902 that has just started to refuse to power up. It hasn't been modified or reflashed since new. I've removed the battery, SIM and memory card and then reinstalled the battery. On pressing power on, the phone vibrates briefly and then the blue shutter button on the side lights up. That is all it will do. It did complain of a memory issue just before. I have downloaded the Sony Update Service program and it says than an update is available. However, I really need to save the internal phone memory contents (i.e. phone contacts and text messages) as this process will wipe it clean. Sony's PC Suite won't connect to the phone as it refuses to power up. I'm hoping that someone knows of a utility that will connect to the phone like the Update Service program that will allow me to read the contacts and text messages directly from the phone memory. Is this possible? Is there another way, i.e. direct memory access. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
This is not covered in the Voicemail support, and when I searched Google for the string in the Subject of this post I got 0 relevant hits (closest match was how to restore a deleted email from Trash on an S4).
1) Tap the Voicemail icon on your home screens 2) Tap the Arrowhead icon on the right-hand side of the Inbox title bar (see attached image) to drop-down the Voicemail Folder Menu 3) Select the Trash folder (see attached image) 4) Select the Voicemail message you desire to recover 5) Tap the 3-dot icon for the Trash folder context menu in the lower-right corner (see attached image) 6) Choose Restore to Inbox from the menu (see attached image)
1. I Have to mail-Accounts set up on my E52 (one pop the other IMAP).Both have inbox, outbox and sent but no box for deleted objects. The German handbook does not say how to change that.
2. Since the last update (I guess) the phone deletes messages from the (POP- ) server when deleted on the phone. Is there any way to prevent the mail client on the phone to do that?
I can only delete one pic at a time. How do I delete multiple photos. Someone says tap on the trash button. Do I go to my pic and do that. I try that still doesnt work. There is no checked box for me to select more than iphoto.
Hey so I accidently deleted photos from my camera roll just before and i plugged my iphone into the computer to restore it from the last back up but it just synced it instead.. Is there anyway I can restore my photos ?
I have accidently deleted a video from my Iphone (which has not been synced to Itunes since before the video was taken - so no copy on PC!) It's a VERY important video of my 8 year-old daughter doing a fashion show...she´ll be extremely upset if I don´t recover it. Is there any way of recovering it from the Iphones "hard disk", as yuou can with computer disks, memory sticks etc?
While trying to put photos in an album on my iPhone 4s, I inadvertently deleted the photos that I was trying to "move" into this album. can recover these photos?
