I tried to transfer photos from droid phone to my iphone. They get paired with each other but transfer of photo get failed.

I bought Xperia Pro mini and was told i will be able to trasfer files via bluetooth to other devices. Unfortunately, my phone cannot be detected by other phone eventhough the bluetooth is on. Even if I pair it with other phone & devices..it aint working.

Recently purchased a Belkin Micro USB Bluetooth dongle, plugged into my Vaio and installed drivers that came with the CD.
currently running Windows 7, and I can pair the phone...the usb dongle works, however, when transferring music files wirelessly it stops at anything under 30%. I have tried unisntalling the bluetooth drivers and installing others but to no avail...i get the same hanging problem.I can transfer photos no problem, click to send via bluetooth on laptop, set the phone to receive but no luck with music files.
Just got this phone yesterday, so I am still learning the ins and outs of the env3. I am a mac user and figured out how to use bluetooth to connect the phone to my macbook. I transferred pictures and music. Both worked and showed up on the phone. I did this until the battery died and plugged it in to do a full charge. After charging, the pictures I had transferred were still in the picture file, but the music did not show up in the music file. When I connected to my mac again the music file shows that the music is still on the phone, according to the computer, but the file on the phone says no music. What do I need to do? Where is the music?

Today I purchased an LG G3 and now I want to move the music from the Nexus 4 to the G3. I cannot figure out a quick and easy way to so this.... the music player on the Nexus 4 does not allow me to select Bluetooth as a transfer option. I also tried installing the LG Cloud.... I can get songs to go to the cloud, but only 1 song at a time (this will take forever and makes no sense at all). There has to be a simpler, more efficient way to transfer music from 1 phone to the other....

View 2 Replies View RelatedI recently got an LG V10 (I know, I know, I hated giving up Windows Phone but I had to), and the ATT store was unable to transfer my SIM contacts to my new phone. The SIM from my 1020 was larger than the SIM for the V10, and apparently it's not possible for them to use their software to transfer SIM contacts off of Windows phone because of software restrictions.
I'd really like to get my contacts from my old SIM card transferred to my new phone but I can't figure out how to do it. I connected my 1020 to my computer but I can't find the SIM contacts anywhere in the file directory.

Never had KIES installed, my usb ports work fine, I tested them, my cable works fine. checked the Media Device (MTP) still doesn't work... deleted and re-installed AFT multiple times, i still get the "Could not connect to device. Try reconnecting or restarting your device"

View 1 Replies View RelatedJust about 2 or 3 weeks ago i could use android file transfer just fine to sync my data in my htc one. But now every time i plug in my phone and open android file transfer it says no device found, please plug in your device or restart phone.
When I replug it or restart the phone it says "could not connect to device". I have tried using three different usb cables to attempt to connect but it doesn't work.
The last time i was using android file transfer my sister asked to sync her stuff so i connected her s4 mini and android file transfer said the same thing it said to me. But when I transfer photos, just normal jpegs, when I go to Mediascape and photos, nothing is there? Where do they go on the phone, I cant find any folder that has them in?
