I have upgraded from Z3 compact to Z5 compact. Nothing else changed. Since then the synchronization is almost impossible. The syncing process fails after 30-60 seconds every time. If I am lucky the current training session can be uploaded to the mobile after 5-10 attempts.
Bluetooth HCI snoop log was fine on Z3 compact but not on Z5 compact. Wireshark detected some inconsistencies in the Z5C's bluetooth log: it has been cut short in the middle of a packet. So I think the bluetooth connection drops very often during data transfer.
Xperia Mini/pro :: SD Card Being Checked For Errors
Dec 1, 2011I turned on my phone (Xperia X10/mini pro running Android 2.1-update 1) yesterday and found a message saying, "SD card being checked for errors". Turned off the phone and removed the card, checked the contacts, put the card back in. Turned the phone back on. Then got a range of errors. "SD card removed" "Insert SD card" "SD card being checked for errors". At the same time, the phone started turning itself off, a blank screen would appear and disappear, etc.
During the day, it would display an error saying that the SIM card couldn't be found. After removing the card, the battery and the SIM card several times, the phone started behaving normally but it now it can't see the SD card. I replaced the old SD card - which has been working fine for months - with a new one. Both are 2GB Sandisk cards. The phone displayed two messages: "Blank SD Card Found" and then "SD Card Removed" and now displays "SD Card Removed. Insert a new one."

Nov 22, 2010i installed the bluetooth file transfer app from the market and it worked fine for a couple of goes, then my 6 yr old got hold of my phone and i am not sure if he altered some sort of setting and it is now not sending out files (it says on the recieving phone, - connection dropped- ) it is also now not connecting to other phones. Is there anyway of finding out what had changed so i can fix it, would a reset work if so how to do it.

I thought there might be some issue with my laptop so I tried my phone THROW option with other laptop also, there also the same problem is occurring. Jan 4, 2010Recently purchased a Belkin Micro USB Bluetooth dongle, plugged into my Vaio and installed drivers that came with the CD.
currently running Windows 7, and I can pair the phone...the usb dongle works, however, when transferring music files wirelessly it stops at anything under 30%. I have tried unisntalling the bluetooth drivers and installing others but to no avail...i get the same hanging problem.I can transfer photos no problem, click to send via bluetooth on laptop, set the phone to receive but no luck with music files.

I transferred pictures and music. Both worked and showed up on the phone. I did this until the battery died and plugged it in to do a full charge. After charging, the pictures I had transferred were still in the picture file, but the music did not show up in the music file. When I connected to my mac again the music file shows that the music is still on the phone, according to the computer, but the file on the phone says no music. What do I need to do?
