They are on my computer itunes library but it won't let me transfer the purchases back to my phone (which I have never had to do before). Never had this problem before this week when purchasing music on my iphone.My Itunes library on my laptop is slightly different from my Iphone library so I don't want to erase and sync the entire library.

Nov 19, 2015I have had the v10 for 2 weeks and love everything about it so far (came from Samsung Galaxy S5). I am having an issue with music I purchased from Amazon. Even though I have downloaded it to the phone via the Amazon Music app, it does not show up in my music library via the music player. I went in through the file explorer and I can see the folders but they are empty. Do I try deleting them and re-downloading? It only seems to apply to a few songs purchased just before I switched phones. I had most everything on my SD card on the S5 and simply plugged that card into my v10 (as I wait for my 200 GB freebie card )...

Sep 5, 2012Xperia mini pro Android 2.3.4 . I keep getting the message that my phone is running low on memory. As a consequence, it will not do certain app-updates (like Facebook) and seems to be running slower each time. I have a 16 GB SD card installed so I should have plenty of memory. I moved all APPS which can be moved to the SD card.I have tried un-installing various apps.

Oct 5, 2013I want to synchronize my music to my phone, but cannot. This is extremely frustrating. The program I use to sync music to my phone is HTC sync manager. This program can sync libraries directly from ITunes and windows media player, however not xbox music. The computer I use, and where all my music is, is a Microsoft surface tablet with windows 8, where xbox music is the default music program. My whole library is on xbox music and I cannot find an easy way to import my whole xbox music library into windows media player as there should be. It would take me an unrealistic amount of time to rebuild my whole library (as in every single playlist) and import songs individually into windows media player. I am sure there is an easier way, and if there isn't, one needs to be made.

However, unlike before, when I looked at the album in the phone all the tracks are in Alphabetical order, not numerical. Thinking I'd made an error I reconnected the phone to the PC, and viewing the album in mass storage the tracks were still in track (numerical) order. I've never had this before and can't understand why the phone listing in the device should be different from the same file listed on the PC.

Feb 17, 2012I connected my phone to my laptop using the usb cable, just wanted to copy pictures etc as per usual. PC companion said there was an update, followed the instructions including holding the back button down while reconnecting the cable. Halfway through updating there was an error, and laptop and phone both froze. Laptop is working now (after force shutting down by taking out the battery), but phone is neither on/off, instead there is just a flashing error signal of an exclamation mark ! inside a triangle, next to a graphic of the phone.I've tried restarting the phone, charging the phone, pressing both the on & home key, and taking out battery and sim card... nothing has worked!

Songs are present and correct but the folder will not update (i.e. I deleted a song but the number on the folder does not show this change or I removed a specific genre but that genre folder remains)- I have seen this issue with a number of Nokia music player phones and was wondering if anything was ever resolved, There was a workaround for the 5800 (show hidden folders and delete a load of .dat files) but this does not work for my C7 with Belle?

Mar 22, 2012My brothers computer broke. It was a PC. But he had his iPhone synced with it. So now he wants to get the music he lost in that computer to download to his new computer. But the music he purchased is on his iPhone, and the computer wont let him transfer the music from his iPhone, to his new computer. It tells him this music was synced with a different library and won't let him transfer the music.
Does anyone know a work around for this. I know he is using a PC, but I figure, and Apple user, who brakes his Laptop(I'm not talking about crashing, I am talking about actually braking, it was smashed basically), would run into the same problem, your iPhone has Music that was synced with another Library, and it wont let you move the music to the new library. Even though this music was all purchased with the same Apple ID, that doesn't seem to matter. Now, I know that one of the new features of iTunes lets you re-download music you purchased and may have lost, without having to purchase it again. But none of the music from that broken laptop appears in that list of re-downloadable music. All was purchased from iTunes.
