My Nokia X3 is not displaying any pictures in the viewer, it only displays a message that "No Photos To Display", can any one tell me what should I do, I even tried *#7780# and reinstalled the firmware but still the problem persists?
View 9 Repliesmy nokia x3 is brand new (bought 5 july 2012) but eversince i acquired it, it has problems opening all my photos. though there are photos in file it takes hours loading "please wait' and "no photos to display".l have formated my memory card and lost all the files that came with it. Do is just take the phone back to the supplier or is there something i can do?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a 4S running on iOS 5.0. I reset my phone a few weeks ago when I was playing around, and I restored it from my iCloud backup. Everything was fine except the filename counter for my pictures was also reset to IMG0001. I transfer pictures to my computer regularly so now I have many pictures with duplicated names, such as IMG0001.JPG and IMG0001 (2).JPG. This is much of an annoyance but I can live with that.
However I have even weirder things happening now. Let's say before I reset my phone I had shot a vidoe and the name was IMG0010.MOV. After the reset of course the video is gone, and I take pictures with my phone as usual. So I took a picture whose name as IMG0010.JPG again, and when I try to see it in the camera roll, I see the first frame of my old video! In the thumbnail view it is the right picture, but when I tap on it to view it, it shows my newly taken picture for about half a second, and then displays my old video. I guess there must be some old cache on my phone that override the picture display. Does anyone know how to fix it?
I should add that the picture is also displayed wrongly in my photo stream folder on the phone. On the other hand when I access the picture from the computer (in the DCIM folder, and in the synced photo stream folder) it is the right one. But I want to view the pictures on my phone! I can't take my computer with me anytime!

I got a blackberry two days ago, the newest one, bold 9930 I think it is, it has a touch screen. I have bbm and when I add people or I accept them, I don't see their picture straight away, unless they change it, I see their new one. My picture isn't showing either, I haven't altered with any settings and I have looked through my settings to look if there's one I can choose for them to show but there isn't.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI use a german phone, so maybe some points are named different. If I open the gallery and then 'Pictures and Videos' I cannot see the Folder where my pictures are in. All pictures are on the microSD-Card in folders like 'E:ImagesCamera201106...'. How can I tell the gallery-programm to scan these directory for images? If I make a shot with teh camera, the folder of this month will be found and all pictures inside will be shown. After deleting this new image, the content of the folder is no longer present. Also all pictures from the months before will not be shown. My phone is a 5800XM with FW 51.0.006

But when I turn on the maps application, all the roads are placed in total wrong places. Some leads over water and through forests, and nothing seem to be right. I get my location on the right spot of the map, but the roads are chaotic.Any clues what could be wrong? I've already tried to reinstall the map file.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have recently purchased Nokia N97 and have some problems using media library, exactly.I uploaded some music files to my mobile phone using Ovi Suit and Nokia Music center. But, when i tried to refresh Media Library it said: "0 files were added". although,when i enter Library and choose for instance "Artist" i can see sub folders there, but when i enter there is no music files or albums in it.
Case is that if i try to play some particular song from File Manager, it plays it and i have no problems, but i can not see thous files in Media Library.I have tried to delete files from Nokia Music Center and yes, it deletes them, but i can still see artist and album names in Media Library and can not delete them.Please help me if there is any known solution for it, or any possible way how to get rid of this problem or how to clean my Media Library and delete the files it is not showing.
My 4 day old N97 Mini stopped displaying new text message notifications on the screen and alerting me via a tone or vibration.Before posting I read this forum and other independent forums and did the following:
Checked firmware for phone - was up to date
Checked message tone was active in profiles - was active
Deleted all messages in inbox/drafts/sent - fixed issue had 41 messages total in these 3 folders.
I can't understand this error, I had an iPhone 3G before coming back to Nokia (N97 mini OS served a better purpose) I could store literally 100's of texts and never had a problem, If I can't have more than 40 texts in my folders without the alert turning itself off..Then the phone is useless.... I could have a text sitting there for hours without knowing.I have read other threads that have been marked as SOLVED but without an explanation of why this happens how is it solved if it keeps happening to people? It may have returned the message alert and tone... but if there is a bug it shouldnt me marked as solved..
Some time when the phone is long in standby and when I use the phone it can't go to home screen. Then I need to hold down the menu button and select home screen, if I don't do this it wont go to home screen. Please help
View 6 Replies View RelatedThe contacts stored on my phone's memory are not being displayed. If I change the "Contacts to display" option to phone memory and sim memory, or sim memory alone for that matter, it displays all the contacts stored on my sim, however no contacts are displayed when I choose phone memory alone. I have tried copying all my contacts from sim back to the phone and still nothing. It's weird because when I do a memory details check on my phone's memory, it's saying that there are 83 contacts stored. Even if I try to manually add a new contact to the phone memory, it STILL is not showing up in my contacts list. I have had this phone about 5 months now and this problem only occurred about a week ago, before that everything was working just fine.

For example I have added my home number as a contact, as well as my partners mobile, and both phones when they ring it comes up as "call" and then if I miss the call, it states (no number). And I know for a fact both of these numbers are not private. Is there a setting I need to change to make the number display? I have turned on my info display for other callers, but this has not helped.

I have a nokia 5800 xm i brought it from ebay brand new but just lately when i go to my pictures folder and view the thumbs of my pictures the phone freezes and i have to switch it of and back on which takes about 20sec before it will switch off.
View 3 Replies View RelatedIn Anna I could find pictures in file management in order to move/copy them to memory stick, but that seems to be not possible in Belle. Also the phone guide tells you can select where to save the pictures by going to Settings - Application settings - camera - Photo or Video. Unfortunately in my N8 Belle there is no possibility to select any folder for saving the pictures. So I can not find the new pictures anywhere to remove them from the phone without using computer.

Sometime I carry with me a tape measure and I lay it along the lenght and/r height of the item just to get a rough measurement of the item's dimension.Is it possible for Nokia to develop a camera with a built-in measuring tape that shows up in the pictures taken? The measuring tape should be able to adjust to the distance between the camera and the object so that the actual dimension of the object is measured accurately. If I take a picture of crawling snake from 20 feet away the picture taken should be able to show the actual lenght of the snake.

normally in all nokia phones this method works without any prob.
recently, whenever I recieve a message, there is no info bar displaying "1 New Message" on the home screen and there is no little envelope in the top right corner... so therefore i keep having to go to my messages and checking my inbox every 5 seconds to see if i have a message...
I'm still getting the little notification light when the phone is locked... but that's it!
It's not displaying names of the contacts in message folder but instead is displaying ONLY numbers. This is creating difficulty for me to go back in contacts and see which person is sending SMS.
View 8 Replies View RelatedRecently got a new 5800 xpress music and have entered all contacts into mobile. When contacts are calling me it is not displaying their number just saying call calling. Having noticed some people have been having same problems,I have checked that I do not have any duplicate numbers stored, and have also tried saving only to sim or only to phone but neither are allowing the number to be displayed. I run my own business so this is getting annoying as if I miss a call I don't have a clue who it is and can not return any calls!! Can anybody help!
