As you know there are many different languages and to record all words for all languages is impossible but t9 can be more useful by using by the time.I want to add words in my language to t9 dictionary permanently. It is very easy to add word but after a few message, nokia makes me should add re-add the same word.Is there an application to save permanently added words for my nokia x3-02?.note: I have found applications for s60 and android but as you know x302 is an s40 symbian phone.
After years and years of iPhone use I just want to add words to the dictionary, for example hell comes up as he'll etc.Why carnt we add our own words!?
So i remember that i once entered the dictionary of all word suggestions and all other words i wrote but now i dont know where they are... Ive been searching for 30 minutes but i always end up going to personal dictionary where there are no words.
I can't find an option to add words to my personal dictionary. When I tap an underlined word, it just shows more word options. I've even gone to language and input in the settings tab; the option isn't available there either.
one of the first bits of software that I installed on my E72 was the custom dictionary editor from Nokia Labs. Its been a great **bleep** on my earlier E63 and I naturally wanted it on my E72 However I noticed that there are words being added (by my keyboard mistakes) that DO NOT APPEAR in the custom dictionary. For example I managed to add [URL] to my dictionary? is there any other way to blast the custom dictionary?
is it possible to change the phone's language to arabic? When I check the list in settings--> phone-->language--->phone language there isn't the arabic option. Can I download it from somewhere?
Everytime I put my daughter's name in a text msg, it suggests other spellings of her name. My crackberry let me add her name spelling to the dictionary? Does the iphone have something similar?
I can browse the Internet no problems however, instead of seeing say an article there are no words. All I can see is a blank space where the words should be. I can't even do a google search properly. It will let me click on the articles and it will open them up but nothing inside. Pictures show but no words!
So, where is the option to edit user dictionary entries for the Xperia Keyboard? I can't find them. Misspelled words get added, no way to get rid of them. Boo.
I'm having a new problem where when using my keyboard at random times even when I purposely type slow keys are being hit twice without me hitting twice so i will get 2 spaces or 2 of one letter...
This only started in the last week or so. This happens on Swiftkey, stock keyboard and others...
So I like that my phone underlines incorrect words, but I like the corrections that my SwiftKey keyboard does over this list that pops us when I click on a red underlined word. It usually blocks the option that I was to pick off my keyboard. So is there anyway to turn off that list from showing up but still have misspelled words underlined?
I have a HTC One X with a large personal dictionary that I'd like to keep. I have backed it up and transferred it to my current M8 phone via Bluetooth. The file is: PersonalDictionary.htcudb.
When I select Restore from storage card it doesn't do anything. The file is in the root part of the SD card and not in a folder/sub-folder.
After updating my phone to iOS 8, I needed to suddenly define a word. After typing and selecting the word in notes and selecting "define", I was given this message "No definitions found." Which was strange because before I update my phone I downloaded the English dictionary and the British English dictionary. After tapping the manage button, I saw that the two dictionaries were stuck on the blue downloading circle, at 0% and making no progress at all to download to 100%. The fact that I can't communicate with Apple about this (I'm not one for phone calls) or find the right option on the iPhone support page is bad. I need my dictionaries for school when a regular dictionary isn't available.
the default dictionary that comes with the Nokia E71 doesn't allow adding more than 2 languages for some reason. Currently, I have English, Hebrew and Russian in the dictionary, but I want to add French and German, or at least one of them because I am learning those languages....And whenever I try to add any new languages and I start the dictionary, it would take me to the "Remove a language" screen and if I click cancel it will exit.... So I was wondering if there is a way around that or if there is a good custom dictionary that I can use to have more languages.
Greetings, while we're all enjoying the enamors of iOS4, I can't seem to locate the 'custom' dictionary. I go under keyboards but I dont see an option.
I've noticed it a couple of weeks ago that the words are not being separated when I text, email, or bbm. Today is unbearable as I have to press the space key several times in between words - not every time but most of the time. I keep my phone well protected and, no, I'm not using it a coffee coaster.
When I am talking using voice input I keep getting cut off after a few words. I have to keep repeating myself picking up where it cuts out. Not useable like this. It happens no matter which application I am in and no matter which keyboard I have active. This never happens on the Note3.
Had my Z5 Compact for bit over 2 months now and 'fairly' happy with it (miss some stuff from my Z3 - like proper battery life but oh well ) My problem right now is probably more related to the software from Android, than from Sony 'but' I had a software update a couple of days ago, which apparently completely wiped the automatic dictionary (it's called "my words" in Danish, not sure in English if it's called something else but it normally automatically adds words I use a lot) which was a bummer but I've seen it before. The problem is that now I can't 'manually' add any words, and it's also not adding a single word even though some of the words I use in almost every single message I write!! I can't just have it learn from my text messages or Gmail, as I don't use either - I almost only use Facebook and Hotmail.
How to remove auto corrected words? I've already tried looking in personal dictionary but found nothing.
I attached a pic below.
I have tried to hold down the proper word and the auto correct version and can't get rid if it. Maybe the corrected version is hiding somewhere else other than dictionary? Obviously I don't want to use caps in "have" all the time. I don't even remember saving it as so.
