Is there any way to arrange the icons? I have installed some new apps and there are some default apps which I use most. The installed apps are go to the end of list. I have to scroll pages 4 times to reach them?

I have an iPhone 4 that I dropped (hard) on a tile floor. Back screen shattered, but phone still worked okay. Now, the wake/sleep button stops working intermittently. Point is, it's my fault, I broke it, and it's out of warranty anyway. I'd like to pay for an express replacement (I understand I can pay $100 or $149 or thereabouts, and Apple will exchange for a refurb; they send, charge me a deposit, then credit back the difference when I ship mine back to them). I can go to the Apple store if necessary, but would prefer to do this online (the instructions for ERS refer to the capability to arrange it online).I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to do this online. This is not the same post as the other "hiding icons." I checked. What I was wondering was; is there a way to hide the 8 icons I have showing at the bottom of my screen, until I touch the screen? I have deleted it from the applications list and do not see it in the modules list but the icon still shows.I also have icons that have the "Hide" checked but are not really hidden. I turned off the battery status with stamina and percentage of battery cause of overcrowded status bar!!So I have to use during battery saver pro battery indicator instead of Sony(it's just a little circle with percentage).

I wonder how I could move them around, as in really *arrange* them.There's a weird thing happened. I have now 5 pages of icons, but the last spot on Page 4 is always left blank. How do I control what shortcut icons appear in the screen corners ?? And yes I have attempted to glean the info from the manual but without success. But one thing that is really annoying is that it is all too easy to accidently go into the arrange icons mode by mistake without even realising it. Quite often I look at my phone and my address book, or calls have disapeared from the corners and now sit with the icons. Is it possible to extend the length of time needed for a long press?

It is important to notice that I didn't removed such icons, because IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. When you remove/insert icons on this panel, they auto arrange in this screen. So it is not possible to leave the screen with these "holes".
This happens when I switch users in the phone. The guest user does not have the same icons than the proprietary, so when I switch back, my icons are not restored. To workaround I have to edit this menu and move any icon, or restart the phone.
