I no longer have the option to connect my phone to my PC wirelessly.before I had the option via the menu Sony Erricon (now xperia) but here is something missing?

View 2 Replies View RelatedUpdated three phones, one ipod, and two ipads, after the 5.1.1 update I am unable to connect to my wifi. Keeps saying wrong password. Both laptops connect with the password so why isn't the apple products. All have been hard reset, restored to new and still no luck. Have reset network connections more times than I can count.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a very annoying problem with my Nokia 5800 XM and the Spotify-app. I updated the app to v. 0.4.3.9 yesterday and it required that I uninstalled the old version first, i.e deleting all my cached tracks. Now today when I'm going to resync (on WLAN, since it's about 500 tracks) it just won't connect. I choose the correct WLAN from the list, but the app continues being blue (not green) and then the list pops up again. I read another discussion about almost the same thing a moment ago, so I tried to go to the menu and check the WLAN connection from its menu. So I did that, and it says my WLAN has full signal strength (I'm right next to the router) but then it loses the connection and asks me again which network I want to use. I have not had any issues with WLAN in any other app, and I have synced tracks with Spotify on my WLAN before, so I have no idea where the problem lies. Maybe something with the update and my WLAN? I don't know...
About the attachments: The list that shows several times and then the WLAN list where I'm connected to my network and it has full strength. "Marsvinsfarmen" is my network.
I've got a problem to update the firmware of my new nokia E5. I cannot do it using the phone only and a WI-fi connection (because there is only the option "update via PC" available). I have a Mac and no PC. I read that I can do it using iSync. So I downloaded the needed file and install it on my Mac. Now, my Mac and my phone are connecting but how can I do the firmware update?

The connection is ok (I can select my network in the list and the phone is connected) but the "Blackberry" icon doesn't appear on the main screen near the wifi icon and it's impossible to connect the phone to Internet or email.
Using 3G connection all work fine but I'm abroad and normally I use this wifi network on my apartment that works fine (I'm also using an iPhone that works great, it means that the network is ok).

The only way to get it to reconnect is to restart the phone. After restart the 3G is working perfect for as long as i have been able to test it, but as soon as i connect to WiFi it stops again.

For some reason my wifi connection is either very slow, or there isn't any connection. And when it does connect, it is REALLY slow, and then it drops.
I get really frustrated because on my other devices such as an asus notebook and a Samsung tablet it works like a charm.
When I am in the Room with the Router Network connection is really good, when I go to another Room in my Flat it is almost never available or too slow to surf any Website. So far it could be the Router.. But at the Same time my husband Has a much better connection and Performance with his HTC as well as friends with an iPhone.

My family has different android phones and can connect into my wi fi connection easily , without problems.

Recently my Xperia X10 stopped charging, i took it to company service centre.As it was under warrenty they told me that its motherboard will be changed. I have to disable the wifi connection then reconnect for the phone to connect to the internet. This happens everytime i try to go on the net. I kept loosing my home Wifi connection, to some annoyance, having to restart the Wifi everytime to solve the issue. Until I figured out turning off the Bluetooth solves the issue. It eliminates the need for a landline and of having to carry my phone or to run to it since I have three handsets across the house now to answer the phone, or to make calls. Quite neet.Naturally, having the phone in my hands while using the Wifi sort of diminishes the problem.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an Xperia PLAY R800at with 2.3.3. Whenever I'm using my bluetooth device and reconnect to my wifi network, I lose bluetooth packets for 5-6 seconds. This does not happen when I compare against the Nexus S sitting right next to the Xperia PLAY.
This is a really bad problem, and is probably going to result in me not using my PLAY at all.
When I'm at home, I keep my 3G data services turned off. I have a wifi connection and the 3G connection isn't very good inside my house anyway. For some reason, every time I open Android Market, it tells me I have to turn on data services, even if I'm connected already to wifi, and then it keeps interrupting because of the poor 3G connection. Is there any way to force this application to use wifi? I have no problem with other applications.
