Dec 11, 2011I recently tried to update my Xperia z3 and it's stuck in bootloop.
Pc comapnion is not letting me update again because it wants me to turn on the phone which I can't.

Feb 2, 2016I don't know what went wrong with the adb update, but now I can't do anything. I can just enter in recovery mode and download mode.
The phone goes in bootloop (It can just load the first booting screen where there is the Samsung s6 logo) and when I try to do the manual update from external sd or adb etc... It says that is disabled. The device was rooted before the 5.1.1 android update.

Dec 29, 2015I have a lumia 1020 that i received 2 years ago. i kept it nice and took good care of it. but 3 months ago i tried to update it to windows 10, but i didn't like it so much and got troubled with lots of bugs. so I "factory reset" my phone, so i could return to windows 8.1 again, i came across some kind of spinning gears when resetting. i thought everything would go on, but it seem like to stuck in 30 minutes. Later it shutdown, and begin the update process again.
I can't shut down the phone it the condition, only soft, hard. etc resets works, and when i use one of them. there appears a "low battery sign" that means i have to plug the the charger, afterward it goes back to the the spinning gears, and that is the bootloop. i tried many alternative solutions as the "key combination" or "programs on pc that reset the phone" my phone won't sync with the pc as it should do. it only charge. Now i simply don't know what to do.

Nov 21, 2015I have a GS6 (international) stuck in bootloop. I need to go into recovery mode to fix it. However, my phone is restarting and stuck in bootloop. I cannot power down the phone from this state and I cannot enter recovery or download mode. I would like to know if there is a special button combination to completely shut down the phone (power button from this state does not work)

Dec 27, 2015Yesterday my friend's S6 (international model) stopped charging and the screen says " Power sharing . The power sharing cable ..." ( view image 1)
then when the battery became 0 the phone turned off. I plugged in the charger (original charger and working perfectly on other phones) but it seems like the phone is not charging . it only shows the following screen (view image 2) for some seconds and the charging led is not turning on.
After leaving the charger plugged in for 10 min, I tried to boot up the phone. It booted but unfortunately it was a bootloop only showing the screen of " Samsung galaxy S6 "
So I booted into recovery and did a wipe cache and wipe data/factory reset but unfortunately the bootloop problem persists.

Huawei Nexus 6P :: Encrypting The Phone Resulted In A Bootloop
Nov 8, 2015I'm on latest M version, latest TWRP, systemless root and Despair kernel 3.1.
When I first installed TWRP it couldn't decrypt partitions, so I had to install a kernel that disables force encrypt and factory reset the phone. So I ended up with un-encrypted partitions.
Now, TWRP supports decryption so I thought to encrypt the partitions. I went to Security -> Encrypt phone. This has been hanging on Android animation logo for 2.5hrs and no indication when it will finish.

May 27, 2012I istalled the pc companion, connected my phone to the computer, and followed the instruction. but then, it asked me to follow some confusing steps. it says : disconnect the phone form pc, turn off the phone and wait for 5 secs, connect the usb back to comp, press and hold back key on the phone while connecting the usb cable into the phone. i tried these steps but its not working.

Mar 15, 2011PC Companion will detect my phone and download the updates but the problem is that when it asks me to turn off the phone and reconnect the USB cable (with back button pressed) i then get the PC's 'found new hardwear wizard' come up and ask me about installing new drivers, so i say yes- check online for updates and it then says there is a problem because the drivers may not be for Win XP x64 Pro, so nothing is installed.Meanwhile with PC Companion nothing happens.I have tried this several times to make sure i haven't made any mistakes, the only conclusion i can reach is that PC Companion doesn't work properly with my OS.

Sep 4, 2015I do the update to 5.1.1 from the phone, but the update fail and the phone die, I try to unlock the bootloader, but I can't, y flash the boot by command and put the twrp. then i try to flash from the sony flasher this two files the US 23.4.A.0.546. and the hk 23.4.A.0.546 but both get stock in the system.sin after that my phone die in full again. So I flash the boot with commands and install the recovery and flash those two files again. With both give me error so I flash again with hk and my phone revive but I can't use it because I need the US rom. That's why I'm asking for the rom 1288-2987.4

Oct 4, 2015Yesterday I updated my phone. After the update I'm not able to start up the phone again. The black start screen (black screen saying SONY Xperia) pops up for a few seconds and then the phone turns off and starts up again with the same screen. It keeps doing this over and over again.
I've tried pushing the OFF butten/+vol button, but the same things happen when I try to turn if on again.
I've tried to connect it to PC companion, but since the phone turns off and on all the time I'm not able to connect it to the PC.

Dec 14, 2014Got a message on my phone to plug it into the Pc for an xperia update.
The update failed and when I got my phone, it was off. tryied to turn it on but it would just vibrate and nothing else.
Tryied about everything, letting it charge, turn it on with Volume + pressed, nothing works.
When I put it to charge the led blinks red but it doesn't turn on. The screen is just black, not even the logo pops up

Apr 8, 2015After starting the updating setup via Sony PC Companion this program told that at time my PC is preparing (and it will take some time) itself for updating I can disconnect my phone or not, so I disconnected it and then I pluged it in again. Phone started to update (it turned off and started updating) and suddenly communique came out telling me that my phone is no longer connected. Sony PC Companion told me to unplug it and restart, after that my phone keeps restarting all the time.

Dec 24, 2010I've seen a lot of discussion regarding the X10 not turning on after a failed update, but my issue seems to be different from all of them.I've seen people mentioning that their green light flickers, or the screen is frozen or displays an error message. Mine does NONE of that.Holding down the power button does nothing at all. The phone shows no sign of life. The LED doesn't come on, the screen doesn't come on, nothing. It does nothing.The battery is charged (and I even left it charging for over an hour - during which the LED was STILL off) and it will not connect to any of the Sony Ericsson software on my laptop.
