Oct 22, 2012after upfating to 5.1.1 if i disable the wifi, mobile data doesn't switch on it doesn't happen everytime but most of the time. on previous updates it was fine.

Nov 17, 2015I have Marshmallow and a Nexus 6. My wifi reception is very poor upstairs and I end up using mobile data when I sleep, unless I switch it off before sleeping, which can be a little annoying. Any apps, or a way of switching off mobile data when I've reached a certain GPS (or radio tower, or set a timer) location?
I've used Tasker in the past but had to root my phone for it to work. Not keen to root my Nexus because I'd like to keep using my mobile banking apps!

Apr 11, 2015After I updated my Xperia Z3 to 5.1.1, connecting to the wi.fi became a problem. The mobile doesn't connect automatically to my wi.fi. It shows the there is an authenticating problem. It connects after several times of trying. What should I do expect for software repair???

Feb 23, 2010I'd NOKIA 2310. I'm using this for the last 3 years. I'd never attached this fone with Computer.But now-a-days I'm having some strange problem.
When i switch on the mobile its automatically switch off and then on again. It Atuomatically Switch on and off again and again many times till it gets ON fully. someone told me that its software get corrupted you may need to flash out the software and re-install.
I need to know how to fix this problem? Is there any software available by Nokia to flash the software and re-install it? I already reset it factory default I also tried the 3 button reset but both does not work for me.

May 1, 2012I turn my 'data access via mobile network' on, but nothing happens and I get NO internet connection. There is no problem with my provider, and my wifi at home still works. I 've had this problem yesterday and now after downloading the new version of android, the problem is still here.

This happens whether connected through the T-Mobile network or Wi-fi.When I change the browser settings to the T-Mobile browser I am able to access web site just fine. However I would prefer to use the Blackberry browser because not all pages load correctly with the T-Mobile browser.
I have an active data plan and am connected to an enterprise server. My outlook and webmail e-mails work so I don't think it's a problem with my carrier. I've tried a battery pull, re-sending my service books, etc without luck.I think the problem may have started after connecting to my desktop for the first time in about a year, but I'm not completely certain. T-Mobile support and IT administrator have been no help.

Aug 14, 2015I have a Z3 Dual and have smashed the main display. I want to delete all data before sending for repair however the screen is not responding at all.
I have gone through the steps here - [URL] .... however i am unable to switch the phone off completelly - only a soft restart using the power and volume up key - the phone then restarts before i can go to step 4 where i connect the usb holding the volume down button. By that time the phone has restarted.
Allowing the phone to completely run out of battery is not an option as the above requires at least 80% battery even when plugged in.

Sep 20, 2015I have a three month old Z3 on Vodafone in the UK. I have travelled abroad with it 4 times in that time. The first 3 times were fine. Data worked as normal. This month I went to CZ Republic where it was fine. Flew home Saturday. Flew to Spain on the Sunday - no data roaming. I could get texts and make calls but could not get internet or even pick up a 3g or 4g signal at all - even though my 3 friends, all on vodafone right next to me had no problem. I called vodafone and took it into a shop over there. They reset all of the settings for me including setting a new APN etc.Still nothing. They are insistent it is a software fault with the phone - not a connection issue.I landed back in the UK last night and I am picking up data fine again - but I go away next week again and need to make sure it will be working.

Nov 2, 2015I cannot get the mobile data connection to work. I have restarted the phone, contacted my network provider for the information to set up a new connection, have updated the software, have done a reset but nothing is working. I also do not have the 3G symbol next to my network provider so something seems to be missing or not working correctly.
I have put the sim into my Iphone and I do not have any problems. It immediately connects to 3G and I have internet and do not have to change any setup info. Its pretty frustrating as I have only had it for less than a week but have spent most of the time searching for a solution and am wondering, if there are this many issues, whether not to just return the phone. Any tips to setup the mobile data connection?
