Copied Photos From PC To IPhone 4s - Can't Copy Back To PC Now
Dec 5, 2014I had about 10 GB of photos on my iPhone and the iTunes backup kept getting errors. So I plugged in my iPhone, browsed to it in Windows Explorer, and copied the folders inside DCIM to my PC. I then change phones and copied the photos back into the DCIM folder on the new phone. They show up fine on my new phone. Now, this 2nd phone is having issues and I want to copy the photos back to my computer to copy to another new phone. If I open the DCIM folder, I see a bunch of files called Local Disk and only about 60 photos (new photos I took with the phone), and none of them are the photos that I copied onto the phone earlier. I did an iTunes backup without errors, but it only backed up those 60 photos. It's like Windows and iTunes don't even see the other 10 GB of photos, even though I can still see them on iPhone.Â
How can I get these photos copied off my iPhone to my PC?

Apr 21, 2011I got the X10 mini about 9 months ago, and upgraded the OS to Android 2.1 as soon as the upgrade was made available. Since the upgrade, I have been unable to view photos properly using the new and improved Facebook app that was installed as part of the upgrade.When I'm using Facebook, it will display thumbnails correctly for each photo, but when I click on the thumbnail to see the photo properly, it will display a pixelated fullscreen version of the photo for about 2-5 seconds which then disappears, leaving me with a 'broken image' symbol and a loading swirl which just stay there indefinitely. Strangely, if my phone goes into sleep mode, when I unlock the screen the pixellated version of the photo is showing again, but will again disappear after a few seconds.

Jul 3, 2010I have just transferred data to an SD card -which I have done before with no problems- only this time it decided to move most of my apps which I have had to re install as I couldnt access them and it has moved photos which I now cannot find.
How do I find the photos as they are not in my album? Or has it wiped them completely? If i hadnt just uploaded them to facebook I would have lost them.
The icons for messenger, ebay and instagram are now not the actual icons and are just file icon. May 10, 2012My phone is a Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V, and today I noticed that I had many photos in my gallery, that were not me who put that thing there. So, I find out that my Xperia Facebook has synchronized all the photos like my profile pictures, wall photos, cover photos and all the new photos that friends put on facebook. So, I went to settings and disable the automatic synchronization, and then went to Apps -> Manage apps -> and found facebook, then I clicked on Erase data (I don't know if is this the name of the menu in english, because I'm using in portuguese) and it prompts me telling that this action were going to erase all the files that were with facebook in my Xperia. But even after that, the photos remain in my SD card, it didn't erase. I really want to delete it, but it's impossible trying to select all the albums because it don't have the Delete option.

Jun 18, 2015All my contacts are synced, Facebook profile pics show up on the contact list but Caller ID photos do not show for incoming/sending calls. Its just the generic picture. However Google+ profile pictures do appear in a small circle on the bottom left corner on a gray background.

PS: The problem started after the 5.0 update. I've already reset the phone and tried doing the update with PC Companion. Nothing works.
Xperia Z3 :: Deleted Photos (sent In Group Chat To Facebook Friends) Reappearing
Jan 30, 2015Not long ago I took screenshots of in my phone (Xperia Z3) and camera shots which I then sent in a group chat on Facebook to some friends. Not long after I deleted them and it was fine. Recently I have noticed those photos are coming back whenever someone in the group chat sends a photo. Based on this I believe it has something to do with the Accounts section with syncs the contacts and such to your phone.

It is always the same group of images that reappear despite the fact I constantly delete them. I have tried restoring the phone to factory settings, making backups with images deleted and restoring it, removing my accounts and retrying them along with several other solutions. However, I still cannot seem to delete the photos.Â

May 26, 2011I copied from my old phone to the PC, and then to my X8, some pictures from my contacts. They are under the DCIM folder in the SD card.When I edit a contact and choose to add a picture, I can't add those pictures. The following things happen:
If I choose to use the internal Album application to browse and select the pictures, it shows all the photos I took with the phone's camera, plus several others that I don't know where they came from. It doesn't show the pictures I just copied from the PC to the SD card. But the ones that are visible can be selected and used.If I choose to use a file browser (such as OI File Manager) to browse and select the pictures, I can browse to the SD card, under folder DCIM, and see all the pictures, but that I took with the phone and the ones I copied over from the PC. But once I select a picture it just does't go to the contact. The contact editor still show's the default picture of a silhouette, and won't use the picture I selected. So,
how can I add pictures that I moved from my PC to the SD card as contact pictures?Where are the pictures stored in internal memory? Where are all those fancy silhouettes kept?
