I can't find the photos i click in my memory card. where do the photos get saved? how do i get them transferred to my phone?.
As well as where do the new contacts get saved? they don't get saved in the sim..
The phone say it can't find any memory card. I have instlled a 8 Gb memory card, but i cant run backup because the phone can't find the card...

View 2 Replies View Relatedfor something reason, my phone started to be DAMN slow and laggy, when i try to go menu, it takes about 10 seconds to get to menu, and all is laggy in this phone. When going to file manager, seems it doesnt find memory card, even it is inserted.Then when removing memory card, phone works normally and not slow, fast. What is wrong with my 5230, why it doesnt find my memory card and why inserting it makes so slow? I would like to get it work because it has all my music and pictures etc...
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have just transferred data to an SD card -which I have done before with no problems- only this time it decided to move most of my apps which I have had to re install as I couldnt access them and it has moved photos which I now cannot find.
How do I find the photos as they are not in my album? Or has it wiped them completely? If i hadnt just uploaded them to facebook I would have lost them.
The icons for messenger, ebay and instagram are now not the actual icons and are just file icon. Its made a complete mess of my everything on my phone and I need the photos as i use many of them as visuals for business. How can I find where they are stored and can i transfer them back to internal storage from the sd card?
If you have a Defect Tracking System, I can seriously take up the job of Ad-Hoc tester.The first time I tried the Backup, I was connected to PC companion ( I was going to perform a repair, I wanted to back up first)Turns out that Backup doesn't see the memory card if the phone is connected through USB.
1- It should at least improve the error message and indicate that Backup operation can't be performed while connected via USB.
2- Why can't it perform the backup while connected via USB in the first place? In fact it would be great to allow the back up to store the data in a directory in the PC via PC COMPANION.
Before I remember finding a graph that showed the memory usage and what was on the media card, but either I forget where it is or its not on the new .442 OS.Can someone please help me out, I did a search and came up dry.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI've recently had to reformat my memory card as the camera refused to work with the memory card inserted. I took off all pics, videos and music and saved them to the computer. However, when I've gone back to the Ovi store and into the "my stuff" tab, I cannot click the download button on many of the apps (mainly the ones that I actually use which makes it even more annoying). My husband has told me to go into "settings", then "application manager", then finally into "installed apps" and delete the files for the apps that I would like to reinstall (to reactivate the download button again). fantastic idea, but the file names don't give me any sort of clue as to what app they're for. I asked if it would be quicker and easier just to delete everything from the "installed apps" folder, at which point my husband nearly had a breakdown and told me not to do that as there were files in that folder that relate to firmware downloads and could cause more problems by deleting them.
