First of all sry for my bad english, Its not my first language OK if someone sends me a text message (sms) then i'm recieving it sometimes fast, sometimes in hours and sometimes in days.If phones are near to each other they may send it quick but not always.

I recently upgraded to a 9700 from a 8900 two months ago, and recently ive noticed at times my messages through the messenger seem to take an AGE to go through.Also most recently, ive been receiving messages really late aswell, and this can be upto 12-24 hours later.Im on t-mobile(uk) and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? My handsets software version is 5.0.0.423.
View 6 Replies View RelatedMy phone died after a weekend away from home. When I charged it back up all the texts had been deleted but one. I then noticed that I could no longer get text messages. I tested it out with a friend and I can still send texts out, I just can't recieve them. I tried taking the battery out for a while.
My Application memory free space is: 60.4MB

for example if im sending some SMSs to friends in the conversation if i send 10 or 20 sms, few are skipped to reach at the right time. and those are delivered after hours or after a day! I have android version 4.0.4 build no.. 4.1.B.0.431. I had downgraded the firmware to GB once it was making some other issues.

I have recently purchased a Nokia X3, but the problem is that Whenever i recieve a text i only 'get it' 1 hour later.So the phone will ring/vibrate (for the first time) for the text message but when i look at the message the time will be from 1 hour before. So the phone says the message is from 17:48 but i couldn't see the message and the phone doesn't ring/vibrate until 18:48.

View 11 Replies View RelatedI sometimes don't get notified at all of a new email and I need to refresh the gmail and or it will show on the widget but no notification on the lock screen and or sound or vibrate. I have it set to alert me for every email and it doesn't. This also happens with yahoo but not as often. I do receive notifications right away with my iPad .. Some other apps as well I am notified right away. I have done a wipe cache partition and also cached data delete. I also tried to uninstall the updates and reinstalled and nothing. I'm guessing it has to do with the apps itself because I receive all notifications right away with my texts and fb messages. A little upsetting that I've never had this issue with my iPad, it was either this phone or the iPhone 6 and now I'm having regrets. I'm running 5.1.1 with T-Mobile.

It is happening so much right now. I always get texts later or they come out of order or hours late. My GF has the same problem with her edge on Sprint. I'm thinking it's the network cuz she had an iPhone before and our texts have always came in out of order or super late.

View 14 Replies View RelatedFor the past 3 or 4 weeks mine and some of my friends have been noticing problems with iMessage. We will send an imessage and either it will not send, or it will claim that it was delivered when in fact it was not. These messages do eventually get through, but normally seem to come through at 4-5am which is incredibly annoying. I assume this is a problem with the apple servers, as text messages work fine. All other forms of data transfer are absolutely fine too. This is very frustrating as i purposefully got a small number of texts on my phone contract as I assumed i would be able to use imessage for all my messaging needs. I have a iPhone 4, with the latest update (5.1 i think).

So my boss tossed his phone at me chewing me out because it "doesn't work". I cycle the power and ask what's wrong, his phone will display that a new email has arrived it will download and it will read but once it is read the email disappears never to be found on the phone again. The message is still usable on the computer but for the phone it's 1 and done. I checked out the email options on both the computer and the phone and there's no auto archive to a pst or anything. I really don't want to reset to default because I'm sure there's "important" stuff on the phone that will lead to working over the weekend. The phone also will display missed calls (legit missed calls) but won't show who or when the call was missed.

Since then, I do no longer receives the email from the 2 gmail accounts I have configured. I tried to suppress then reconfigure the accounts, without any success. The BB can actually connect to the gmail servers, because I can send emails with these accounts. But I do not receive anything. I still receive the email from my company (default) account (desktop).

Yahoo Mail was configured on the BB 9520. The device was also configured with a business email account through BES server. The device was returned. I updated the firmware and reset the device. Reconfigured it with another email account. But, it still keeps getting emails from the Yahoo account. How can I stop that?
