It is happening so much right now. I always get texts later or they come out of order or hours late. My GF has the same problem with her edge on Sprint. I'm thinking it's the network cuz she had an iPhone before and our texts have always came in out of order or super late.
View 4 RepliesI sometimes don't get notified at all of a new email and I need to refresh the gmail and or it will show on the widget but no notification on the lock screen and or sound or vibrate. I have it set to alert me for every email and it doesn't. This also happens with yahoo but not as often. I do receive notifications right away with my iPad .. Some other apps as well I am notified right away. I have done a wipe cache partition and also cached data delete. I also tried to uninstall the updates and reinstalled and nothing. I'm guessing it has to do with the apps itself because I receive all notifications right away with my texts and fb messages. A little upsetting that I've never had this issue with my iPad, it was either this phone or the iPhone 6 and now I'm having regrets. I'm running 5.1.1 with T-Mobile.
View 9 Replies View RelatedFor the past 3 or 4 weeks mine and some of my friends have been noticing problems with iMessage. We will send an imessage and either it will not send, or it will claim that it was delivered when in fact it was not. These messages do eventually get through, but normally seem to come through at 4-5am which is incredibly annoying. I assume this is a problem with the apple servers, as text messages work fine. All other forms of data transfer are absolutely fine too. This is very frustrating as i purposefully got a small number of texts on my phone contract as I assumed i would be able to use imessage for all my messaging needs. I have a iPhone 4, with the latest update (5.1 i think).
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm not getting my text messages. Well, I get them, but very, very late if at all. I sent well wishes to people that night and received a barrage of responses about 8-12 hours later. Even when I text myself nothing happens. I've tried reflashing, playing with every setting I could and nothing.
The only way I can force them to me in is by dialing voicemail and texting myself while the call is active. THEN it works. I get my text immediately and whatever's been waiting in queue.
I have recently purchased a Nokia X3, but the problem is that Whenever i recieve a text i only 'get it' 1 hour later.So the phone will ring/vibrate (for the first time) for the text message but when i look at the message the time will be from 1 hour before. So the phone says the message is from 17:48 but i couldn't see the message and the phone doesn't ring/vibrate until 18:48.

This is not always happening but once it happens the only way to bring back mobile data is by restarting the phone or manually toggling mobile data on and off in settings. Once it connects to mobile data it'll work for a while but then after being connected on WI-FI for a while it won't go back to mobile data on its own.

View 24 Replies View RelatedFor the past month, my galaxy S6 has been having problems. The screen won't turn on when I press the home or power button. Also when I plug it to its charger, the screen still won't turn on and the LED won't turn red as well. When this happens, I know for a fact that the phone is still turned on because the notification light blinks because of the received notification sometime during its idle time. Here's what I've tried so far:
- I am able to force reset the device by holding the power and volume down button until it restarts. I felt relieved that I am able to restart my phone when it happened the first time but pretty annoyed when it kept on happening.
- I tried clearing cache partition in recovery mode. At first I thought it worked but still...
-I already did a factory reset (twice) but right after the latest hard reset just 3 or 4 hours into it, still screen won't turn on.
- Earlier I thought that it was because of the notifications I was receiving while I was asleep (viber, facebook, sms) since when I woke up in the morning and the screen won't turn on, I had pending notifications. But recently, the screen won't turn on after being idle for a few hours without received notifications.
At first I thought it was a software issue but I'm starting to think that it might be a hardware issue. I'm planning to take it to Samsung in a few days if the problem won't go away. My device is not rooted by the way.
I just bought the galaxy s6 dual sim from expansys.com , the phone is great and i loved everything about it, except that it takes 6 hours to fully charge , I tried :

I recently upgraded to a 9700 from a 8900 two months ago, and recently ive noticed at times my messages through the messenger seem to take an AGE to go through.Also most recently, ive been receiving messages really late aswell, and this can be upto 12-24 hours later.Im on t-mobile(uk) and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? My handsets software version is 5.0.0.423.
