May 11, 2011First of all sry for my bad english, Its not my first language OK if someone sends me a text message (sms) then i'm recieving it sometimes fast, sometimes in hours and sometimes in days.If phones are near to each other they may send it quick but not always.

Mar 23, 2010I recently upgraded to a 9700 from a 8900 two months ago, and recently ive noticed at times my messages through the messenger seem to take an AGE to go through.Also most recently, ive been receiving messages really late aswell, and this can be upto 12-24 hours later.Im on t-mobile(uk) and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? My handsets software version is 5.0.0.423.

IPhone :: IMessage Is Slow, Receiving Messaged 12 Hours Late?
Mar 26, 2012For the past 3 or 4 weeks mine and some of my friends have been noticing problems with iMessage. We will send an imessage and either it will not send, or it will claim that it was delivered when in fact it was not. These messages do eventually get through, but normally seem to come through at 4-5am which is incredibly annoying. I assume this is a problem with the apple servers, as text messages work fine. All other forms of data transfer are absolutely fine too. This is very frustrating as i purposefully got a small number of texts on my phone contract as I assumed i would be able to use imessage for all my messaging needs. I have a iPhone 4, with the latest update (5.1 i think).

Jun 7, 2012When I send messages to an ordinary cell phone, they sometimes go through as photo messages even though I have not touched the camera icon next to the text window. When I intentionally send a photo message, my phone asks me if I want to take a new photo or use one from my camera roll. This question isn't asked when I type a normal text message, but it often is received as a photo message even though there is no photo.

May 23, 2010I have recently purchased a Nokia X3, but the problem is that Whenever i recieve a text i only 'get it' 1 hour later.So the phone will ring/vibrate (for the first time) for the text message but when i look at the message the time will be from 1 hour before. So the phone says the message is from 17:48 but i couldn't see the message and the phone doesn't ring/vibrate until 18:48.

Aug 15, 2015I sometimes don't get notified at all of a new email and I need to refresh the gmail and or it will show on the widget but no notification on the lock screen and or sound or vibrate. I have it set to alert me for every email and it doesn't. This also happens with yahoo but not as often. I do receive notifications right away with my iPad .. Some other apps as well I am notified right away. I have done a wipe cache partition and also cached data delete. I also tried to uninstall the updates and reinstalled and nothing. I'm guessing it has to do with the apps itself because I receive all notifications right away with my texts and fb messages. A little upsetting that I've never had this issue with my iPad, it was either this phone or the iPhone 6 and now I'm having regrets. I'm running 5.1.1 with T-Mobile.

Sep 23, 2015It is happening so much right now. I always get texts later or they come out of order or hours late. My GF has the same problem with her edge on Sprint. I'm thinking it's the network cuz she had an iPhone before and our texts have always came in out of order or super late.

The only option when selecting them is to delete, which removes them from the conversation threads. It doesn't seem to be related to service, but to whether I am using the phone for any other purpose at the time.
2) When connected to a car BT system, shut off car, BT seems to go into a black hole. You can't reconnect, can't make a call (well, it makes a call, but you can't hear anything; can't play music, etc.). The only solution is reboot. This happens with multiple systems in different brands of auto, so not limited to one brnad.

Jan 24, 2012So my N79 is refusing to let me send text messages on the grounds that "Text Message: Not enough memory to perform operation. Please delete some data first". So I went through and got rid of a heap of stuff - songs, videos the kinda things that are big files, and still no change.
My phone memory has 368kb free and my memory card has 3734 mb of free memory.Was working perfectly fine yesterday with more data and my phone stores about 1000 messages pretty easily, several videos, songs etc..
