View 6 RepliesIt will not charge when on, it LOOKS like its charging when its off with the red light on, but when switched on, it only has 1% battery - not actually charging. Ihave tried re-setting it many times, tried different charging ports, left it to drain all battery then charge and unsure if there's anything else I can try.

I noticed that the phone is getting hot after making some photos and video. When I recorded a 4K video the camera switched off after only 2 minutes with massege Overheating! I saw that many others had the same problem. My question is is there a chance to fix the problem. Can I return the phone and change it with another one?

Once a battery level comes down to 20% and if i try to do something after that, then it just shows me a warning for battery low and pressing OK makes mobile getting switched off automatically. It wont get restart again until and unless I wont put it for charging. When the phone get restarted then the charging level will start charging from 20% which is quite strange. I already removed the battery, cleaned the points many time but problem didn't get resolve.
