Feb 13, 2015It will not charge when on, it LOOKS like its charging when its off with the red light on, but when switched on, it only has 1% battery - not actually charging. Ihave tried re-setting it many times, tried different charging ports, left it to drain all battery then charge and unsure if there's anything else I can try.
