Jun 22, 2014My phone was fully charged but suddenly turned off . I googled this and most of the responses I got was to reset the phone by holding onto the on/off button and the home button for 15 seconds. Only the problem is my on/off button is broken...

Dec 1, 2014I left my iPhone 5s to fully discharge last night. Today I have come to charge it up and it wont boot up past the Apple logo and charge up. It appears to keep throwing itself back to thinking the charger is repeatedly being plugged in. The phone was working perfectly before I went to bed.Â
I use original leads, have cleaned the connection port, tried another lead but no luck. I have held both buttons down etc but nothing will get the phone working and as I cannot get into ISO I can not do a restore.Â

Dec 3, 2014I just got my iphone 6 plus (ios 8.0.2) yesterday and start to charge on 11pm until the next day morning 7am. But i found that the battery was 100% but never go to fully charged. Then i just leave it there for another 2 more hours to charge. But the result remain the same (battery 100% with the little lightning bolt symbol beside it). May i know is it some hardware problem or anything else i need to do to make it 100% fully charged? I've off the wifi as well as the cellular too.Â

Apr 17, 2014I think that USB charging is really slow. Yesterday, it took more than 6 hours to fully charge my HTC One. Charging via A/C is much faster, but I wouldn't expect that big difference.

Oct 25, 2011When charging my phone (xperia x10 mini), the screen remains off while charging, but when battery is 100% charged the screen turns on, and it remains on until you disconnect the phone from the charger, like telling you "I'm already charged".
Now I can't charge my phone overnight, or I have to put something covering it, so the light doesn't bother me while sleeping.
And of course, I think the screen light will eventually break if it's switched on so many hours every day. Have you noted this or it's an issue with only my phone?

Dec 11, 2014Had the Sony Xperia Z2 from 15 days ago, Phone is switched itself off with no warning, had 26% battery.. plugged it on charge straight away, nothing but a red flashing light. Its been on charge ever since, so over 1 day, still nothing.
Luckily i have a spare phone so am using that for the time being, however i have 100's of pictures stored on my phones internal memory and contact really need access to them.
Ive tried the volume/power button resets& red button behind SIM card ...
