Every time i want to write SMS a language field appears and i have to klick it to scroll it out of the screen get to the send button behind it.How do i disable it so it does'nt appear every time?

I've set up the email on my phone, and its working fine, but the POP3 settings page keeps popping up randomly. Anyone know how to correct this. Not sure if its an issue when the phone drops out of my home wifi connection and is trying to connect via wap.
Also how do you change between normal text entering and the predictive entering?
Z5 Compact. For some reason, the text input field in the Messaging app keeps disappearing. I can be texting someone back and forth and then, completely at random, the text input field at the bottom vanishes making it impossible to return a text.
Only solution I have found to this issue is to restart the phone and the Messaging app goes back to normal. Phone has been fantastic other than this and would be super if I could get this very annoying issue sorted.
not familiar with the touch screen. Is there a way to backspace?

It's awfully annoying, because whenever I connect my phone to my computer (for my android app development, or just to charge the phone), the Games by Popcap service starts to eat 100% of the phones CPU power and continues to do so until forced to close. Unfortuntely the phone's preconfiguration restarts the application, although it won't misbehave until next connection.

On the Galaxy, the notes field in Contacts seems to have a size limitation, and will only show ~1,000 characters, truncating any information beyond that and preventing me from editing or adding information via the handset. This is annoying as many of my contact records contain far more than 1,000 characters of information in the notes field. Any way of removing the size limitation? Alternatively is there some 3rd party application that synchronises seamlessly with Outlook contacts via Microsoft Exchange?

-Hold down the backspace button
-Hit the bb menu->clear field
-Take advantage of the multi click by pressing the Capitalize button and hitting backspace

I think this has been happening ever since the first release of 8.1. Basically if the phone sleeps while a messaging conversation is open, when I wake and unlock the phone, there will often be random gibberish in the compose field. So if I want to send a message, I first have to erase the gibberish.
idk, it's just weird and annoying and I can't figure out what's causing it. My best guess is that it has something to do with typing in the pin code to unlock the phone... which I just realized I should try and test with and without having to type in the pin.

Before the update, I use to be able to just double hit the space bar to make a period. Now, I've noticed that depending on the last word I typed, it will also throw in another word that it "thinks" I'm going to enter.

I don't have a google account (If the phone created it's own it didn't tell me) and I can't find a permanent way round it as it doesn't accept the pattern I put in. I have used the security lock on the phone, now I have entered it five times incorrectly, now it asked to sign in through google account but I have desellected the mms & data settings, which means I don't have excess to the internet, how else can one log in or get the secuity.
