Jun 16, 2012Recently my Ray's touchscreen has stopped working completely; the screen its self works, as do the volume and power buttons, but it won't register any touch - I can't even unlock the slider. Tried all of the usual things, recharging, leaving the battery out etc. In the end I used the repair tool which installed ICS, and that actually worked for about two days, but the same problem just came back.

Nov 29, 2012I recently purchased Xperia Neo V, while my cousin was browsing the phone, I think he accidentally deleted the message icon. But when I checked, the messaging option itself was completely gone. When I click on messaging - "What's app"is opening and asking for internet connection. I don't get any alerts/ tones for messages - & there is nothing available in settings/ widgets/ apps mentioning anything about messaging. Also in the timescape widget, I am able to see some message but after 10 secs or so notification comes - "messaging failed".

Mar 11, 2011today my X10 black running on android 2.1 firmware suddenly dead. I was on a call and suddenly the touchscreen is not responding at all. I can not get it to silde to unlock or what so ever. I've tried take out the battery to turn it off and switch it back on. Aug 14, 2015I have a Z3 Dual and have smashed the main display. I want to delete all data before sending for repair however the screen is not responding at all.
I have gone through the steps here - [URL] .... however i am unable to switch the phone off completelly - only a soft restart using the power and volume up key - the phone then restarts before i can go to step 4 where i connect the usb holding the volume down button. By that time the phone has restarted.
Allowing the phone to completely run out of battery is not an option as the above requires at least 80% battery even when plugged in.
