I have the elm phone when I connect my phone to the wireless network at home it keeps crashing the router. Am I doing something wrong in the phone setting.

We've done all the general troubleshooting and installed all updates still same problem a full connection but no data. I should note that my wifi works flawlessly in all other locations work home parents other friends etc.

This evening though, I tried to take some photos whilst out and the phone crashed twice for no obvious reason whilst trying to take a photo or shortly afterwards. What is going on? I've verified that the software is the most up to date version.
I've tried to repair the phone via the Sony Ericsson repair link. Apart from losing all photos and music it does seem to be okay now. Have I fixed the problem? I'm very disappointed. My previous K770i had similar problems in that it used to crash regularly, so it was with some trepidation I got another Sony Ericsson.

I dont know how and why even when I just turned iton I have that blue globe for about one minute, after that it disappear. A moment later it pops out again. I have just purchased a used Satin phone and I am having problems trying to connect to the INTERNET using the WI-if. I can go to websites but when i try to log-in it goes back to the menu screen. Is there something i need to change in the settings? I have downloaded the latest update but this hasn't made any difference. View 2 Replies View RelatedI have had the W995 for close to a month now on a contract from Virgin and I am very pleased with it in almost every aspect apart from one!
The problem is as follows.
When I connect to my WI-FI via the W995 I wait until I get confirmation that I am connected and then I attempt to access the internet via the browser provided by Sony Ericsson. After a short time I get the message 'Communication error. Try again, turn off Wi-Fi or contact your provider for support'. I have tried many things to fix this problem. I have spoken to Sony Ericsson and they suggested altering my security settings on the router. I have tried using Opera Mini as an alternative browser and perhaps 2 or 3 times it worked for a minute or two and then it failed. I have searched quite a few websites and seen that an awful lot of people have the same problem without getting anywhere with it. There are occasional suggestions that I have read and tried such as manually configuring the service and putting various IP addresses into my phone but nothing works!
Well connected to WIFI, but when try to connect to internet, keep poping-up "no gateway response" msg and failed to connet to internet. No idea how to solve this, need help!!!!

My vivaz can't connect to internet via WiFi (router tp-link) when connection is secured I already checked all possible combinations. When I take off the password from the router there is no problem at all. Another weird thing is I can access router webpage whilst connection is secured but that is it. My router is showing all the time that connection is associated and authorized. Didn't test this phone on other WiFi points.
