Apr 21, 2011I recently bought a used Samsung Flight online and it appears to be locked. The pictures in the posting all showed it unlocked, connected to Rogers etc and the phone is exactly as shown in the posting based on the nicks/marks on it. However, when I boot it up I am faced with a passcode. I've tried the standard 0000, 1234, 12345, 00000 etc but no luck. I've also messaged the seller but have not received a reply as yet.

Jun 2, 2011today I picked up a rough looking Bold 9000 and swapped in my spare parts onto it. The catch is, it was a Bell phone. I already unlocked it and it states it is on rogers network now. I don't want the Bell logo/wallpapers to load upon startup, so I though by installing FW Version 5.0.1626 from the blackberry Rogers download page it would fix it.The software update just finished(about 10-15 min) and I see a bell background and bell startup logo. Should the Rogers FW change this over? or are the bell wallpapers/startup logo's programmed into the phone itself and NOT the FW?I don't want to remove the Logo completely, I just rather have it say ROGERS like my old BB and have all the rogers software/configuration.

I tried some admin codes to enter service menus but they dont seem to work. my phone is currently locked to rogers.I dont have a data plan or need one. it has wifi so i can still connect to the net. Is there any point of keeping it activated, just seems like it would be using up battery life.

When it dials the voicemail number, it disconnects immediately.ere is what I have tried so far:- Tried all three Caller ID settings.- Enabled and Disable FDN (normally disabled)- Voicemail service is set to 'my carrier' (the only option I get).- Changed the Voicemail number in Settings to dial using the area code, no area code, and last 4 digits.

Feb 20, 2015I have bought Xperia z3 for 2 months. I have just noticed something that might be a problem with my camera.
In camera mode (both video and camera) sometime the screen shows soft black wave running from top to bottom (for more understanding about "black wave" just like when you focus the camera on TV screen). However I didn't focus my camera on TV screen anymore. The problem last for 1-5 minutes. When this problem occurred If I go on and take a photo sometime the wave could be captured into my photo as well but mostly these running black wave can not be captured into the photo.
(I have attached a photo taken when the running black wave problem occurred and this time it was captured in my photo.

The phone has even been reset to factory settings but I still can't get facebook notifications. I get no sound and no flashing light in the upper corner of the phone.

Jan 14, 2010Wow, do I ever need help! I blindly bought an unlocked N72 on a Canadian Webstore (Mobile604) and I simply can't get the phone to receive and send emails. I can't get the phone to connect to Rogers' 3G network either. The phone is a E72-1 RM530. I'm a newbie and never owned a Nokia phone so I'm 100 per cent sure the issue is me, not the phone.
Has anyone successfully accomplished what I'm trying to?How to set-up Ovi Mail, the Wizard took me through the steps, created my Inbox, downloaded my messages but I can't receive nor send from that point on.
