I recently purchased an unlock code for the A177 - but I do not have the unlocking instructions on how to do it.
Not too long ago I unlocked the Samsung Hype ( Which is basically the Canadian version of the phone ). Are the unlocking instructions the same for this model phone as well? If not Can any of you provide me with the instructions on how to properly unlock this phone?
I set a screen lock code today and used it several time with no problems. Tonight the unlock screen shows 'Enter Password to Unlock' but when I enter the pin code, it will not unlock.

View 1 Replies View RelatedOvi Maps 3.04 seems to work well on my E72. At first I got spoken navigation instructions, both from the phone speaker and a connected Bluetooth device SuperTooth. Somehow these instructions disappeared and a symbol, a faint crossed-out loudspeaker, appeared in the top right hand side of the screen. So I probably inadvertently switched off the spoken instructions, but I cannot find how to switch them back on. The manual doesn't mention the possibility nor the symbol.

All I want to know is exactly which screen I enter an address in to find my way there traveling by car. View 13 Replies View RelatedAs of Monday, we noticed all our BB fleet's times were an hour ahead.[URL]... as per the link from Telstra's web site.I uploaded the required time zone update as per the instructions, confirmed it is resident in the Blackberry but am still an hour over.
Checking the time info on the BB, it shows the Network time is correct but the device time is still one hour out.As I have not been able to find anywhere in the KB article that it is for Western Australia, I am guessing this DST patch was NOT applicable for ourselves.Is there another patch I need to try to allow the BB's to work?

Unfortunately I'm travelling to europe in a few days and I'm going to buy a SIM there. I don't really want to run the risk of the unlock code not working, or me losing the code, so I was hoping to be able to unlock it without having a SIM to another network. Is that possible?
