Samsung :: Jack And Mater Reset - Unlock
Mar 7, 2010I have a Samsung Jack I am selling and I did a Master Clear and Master Rest.I unlocked the phone prior to the Master rest/clear. Now that I did the Master reset/clear does the undo the subsidy unlock code? Meaning does someone need to re-enter the unlock code again to "unlock" it?

have this phone for the last 8 months now , I noticed a black spot on the screen (near the profile icon) just 2 days back,immediately did a hard reboot (pulling the battery when the phone is ON) , but the black spot remained on all the screens , the spot became smaller and smaller till yesterday morning ,but when i charged my phone again (overnite) ,the black spot again 'grew' back this morning , this is very peculiar and i am unable to get a handle on this.

The community I work in has law against using cell phones while driving. The Bluetooth irritates my ear. I have an inner ear disorder that is aggravated when using the device. I have replaced it twice and have the third one now. I will follow the simple instructions but no incoming or outgoing calls make a sound. Completely dead. My car is a 2007 Malibu if that makes a difference. I tried relatives At&t phone and Tracfone. Those didn't work either. I am wondering if it's my car?

Aug 12, 2012This morning I left my phone in my bootbag. Came back and noticed there was a small crack not in the cover itself but the actual screen. Now the screen is black, doesn't seem like an liquid has spilt like when a screen breaks (But then what do I know?!).I got a friend to phone it, it still rings.. vibrates, the two lights either side of the button still light up.. does what it usually should. But the screen itself remains black. I plugged it into Kies via USB in the hope I could create a backup and order a new phone. But because it has a keylock on the home screen. I need to unlock that in order for Kies to connect.Is there any other way at all I can remove the sufficient data? E.g. Photo's, Videos.. as there's alot of sentimental things on there. I should really learn to start backing things up. But its always too late to say that.

before ICS update it was on gingerbread. I tried with KIES but phone developed a fault. It wasn't allowing me to pass "Samsung Galaxy SII" screen. I went to local shop and they sort it out. So i don't know how they did it. Two days later i find that camera is faulty.
