i recently updated to v 21 but after that i have a problem with video playing. after i play any video it stops after a couple of minutes but the audio continues.i have been using ovi convertor for some time.and i have no issue with it. i m also exepriencing this problem now with the videos which i converted before updating the firmware.

For example if I play a YouTube video it loads fine, it starts to play but about 10 secs in the screen freezes yet the audio continues. Other issues also occur when I try to skip parts of a video it just refuses to load. Its occurring throughout all videos on all formats no matter if I go through a browser. Have also tried WiFi versus data no difference.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI bought the xperia z3+ few weeks ago, and from the moment i bought it I cannot play video on it, the image freezes but the sounds continue normally, I went back to the store and they took it for 10 days and give it back with the same problem and they said they didn't find anything, I did everything from clearing catches, restore, software update, factory reset, nothing works i still cannot play downloaded videos or YouTube or even facebook videos!!
View 8 Replies View RelatedDidn't notice that every video I record after my last update , can only record audio and video the first minute or less and then for some reason playback stops but you can still listen to audio. This has happened to all my recorded videos.
Read somewhere on the internet that you have to delete DATA and clear CACHE on the Camera app, have not recorded any video since then, but will try to see if this works.
i have a problem with video playing. i put some video from my pc via nokia pc suite and convert it to my n97.

Sometimes the audio will work fine (notice this more when I'm on WiFi) but sometimes, in all apps (snapchat, facebook, regular gallery view) the video will play but the audio will cut in and out.
Not sure what it is. Phone is rooted (systemless) and is running the EX Kernel. I didn't mess with the audio settings in the EX Manager...
This is a huge issue for me as I spend a lot of time on Snapchat, Instagram and YouTube (I'm a vlogger, etc.).
I have a hard time convincing my N900 to play some videos transferred from my PC. It was able to play only 1 of 7 videos I transferred via USB cable. It says it can't run the video because it does not support either an audio or a video codec.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am having two problems with Nokia Camera on my Icon. When recording a video in Nokia Camera. I have found that it isn't recording sound.When recording a video in Nokia Camera, it takes about 5 seconds after hitting the record button for it to actually start recording.
I am not sure how to replicate the issue because it has only happened a few times and it will fix itself by restarting the phone.
When it does happen it will happen every time I record a video through Nokia Camera until a reboot. I at least now figured out that if I hit record and there is a delay between it actually starting to record, then the sound will not be recorded so a restart is necessary.
I can still record through the WP camera app and audio will be recorded, but this is a huge problem for me. I have about 5 videos that I have taken in the past week that were actually pretty important that have no sound now.
I uninstalled Nokia Camera and reinstalled and it still did it. Is this a Nokia Camera bug or an Icon bug?
my ex-girlfriend sent me a video text on my nuron from the kids saying happy birthday to my mom. i can play the video just fine, but there is no audio attached to it. i called tech support and was bumped up to tier 2, but they were unable to help me. all they said is that maybe the nuron doesn't support it. it can take videos with audio, can play Internet and movies, but can't receive a simple video text with audio?
does anyone else have this problem? were you able to solve it?i did forward the text to my wife's friend and she forwarded it back to me as is and it started playing. so i have no idea what's going on with it.
I'm having audio issues with my 3gs when bluetooth is turned on. I'm running 3.1.2 and jailbroken. My BT device is a Jabra Stone.
When in the car I connect my 3GS to the car and let my headunit control the audio. After about five minutes of playing music the music will stop playing from the car and start playing through the BT earpiece. I can still control the play functions through the car's headunit. If I turn off the headset the audio returns to the car speakers. I can't find a setting on the phone to NOT play music through BT.
On all my Windows Mobile phones in the past you could select which services to associate with BT. Seems with the Iphone it is all or none. Anyone know a workaround?
I bought a Nokia C6 recently and I'm facing some problem with video clips I took. The image suddenly freeze and the audio keeps running. I have updated the firmware to the latest and also reset my phone by unplugging battery, but Its still the same. And the worst of it, it becoming more frequent day by day. Now its not just freeze in the middle of the video clip, after I click stop recording it keep on shooting 5 to 10 sec with just blank image.
View 10 Replies View RelatedI've been having the same problem with 3 different audiobook players on the S6. These include Overdrive, Audible, and Smart Audiobook Player. All 3 behave identically. Tech support for Overdrive and Audible are at a loss.
First, audio pauses randomly over a period of 5 minutes to 1 hour. Second, the audio paused by this bug and/or manually paused will magically start playing over a period of 1 hour to 8 hours. This is very annoying when it happens at 3:00am.
I wiped my phone and reinstalled from a backup. Things worked fine for a few days. The problem then came back.
I got a new phone from Verizon warranty. For the first 4 weeks things worked fine. Then, suddenly the problem came back. I wiped the phone. The problem went away (I think - it's only been a day). I can't see wiping my phone once every week or two indefinitely.
I have a BB 9650 with O/S 5..0.0.975.Main issue is that the voice and video of a video file are not in sync. The video plays slower than the voice. I believe that it is true for all video files. They were all loaded via BB Desktop Manager and all the files have the same extensions (MP4). They play fine on my computer.don't tell me to load O/S 6.0. That OS does has so many bugs that it is useless. I have loaded it twice over the course of 6 or 7 months and both times it simply fails to function properly.
View 6 Replies View RelatedWhen using Skype video call the phone gets hotter and when it reaches 45 degc (battery temp) the person on the other end of the call can't hear me. My audio input is no longer being picked up.
Happens with either mic or headset use.
Typically takes around 10 mins before this happens, from cold (30 degc) start.
If I exit call and then reconnect the audio works fine again for a short period (1 to 2 mins) of time but will then stop again. If I let the phone cool then audio will work ok on next call for longer, until phone heats up again then it stops.
I would think it is a problem in my settings but dont know enough to know what it would be. Pandora use to play all of the time in the beginning but about 3 weeks ago it would play 4-6 songs then stop. I would have to shut it down and bring it back up to get it going again. I uninstalled/reinstalled it yesterday and now it will stop on the first song. I thought it might be Pandora but it is doing the same thing on audio podcasts.

I'm an happy owner of a lumia 1520. unfortunately i discovered that randomly (more or less once per week) the phone audio service / device completely stops, i cannot hear calls, xbox music or other players fail to play files and so on. xbox music reports error 8007045D. I have to restart the device to solve the issue.

View 15 Replies View RelatedOn some videos (not all, can't figure out the reason), the trimmer seems to work correctly on my phone. Then I connect it to my Windows PC and copy it over. At that point, the file size is the original size before trimming. The video actually stops (QuickTime) at the correct point, but there's a coda on the file which is just a still of the last frame. But it plays like video until the original end point. I have a video limit for uploading to another site, and I can't figure out how to edit around this problem.

I have plenty of space on my 64GB 6P, so it'd be great to take advantage of all that space. Is is a processor or heat related issue?
