When I record videos on my Elm, it freezes sometimes after I stop recording. The phone stops responding and at times I have to remove the battery manually in order to get the phone working. I'm planning to return the phone if it keeps freezing like this.

Previous to today the video function was working fine, but now for some unknown reason - whenever I press 'record' it just quits the application and saves onto the phone a 00:00 long video file which cannot be played or deleted It still takes pictures fine and I have over 1GB of free space so that isn't an issue

View 2 Replies View RelatedI've had my Hazel since May, and it's been nothing but great so far Until recently I noticed that the video recording function has been acting a little weird. It stops recording by itself after about 55 seconds, and it's getting really annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this? Oh, and I dropped the phone twice a few weeks back but i don't think that should impact anything. Everything else is working just fine.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've noticed that 4K video recording seems to be capped at approximately 8 minutes. I've had 2 separate videos stop recording at this time. Is there a way to bypass it? I have plenty of space on my 64GB 6P, so it'd be great to take advantage of all that space. Is is a processor or heat related issue?

This warning immediately stops the video recording, while there is more than enough power left to finish what I wanted to record (a band's performance). This is very annoying. View 1 Replies View Relatedafter just 1 month, my Aino has developed a fault. The screen is constantly illuminated, displaying the time, but doesn't respond at all. The screenlock button at the top, doesn't do anything either. I have updated the software, and done a soft reset, (not the hard reset, as this warns of losing all programs), and it made no difference. I can still use the phone if i slide it open. Rang Sony who said take it back to Car Phone Warehouse, but CPW say it will be 2 weeks til i get it back. Does anyone know of anything i could do?
View 5 Replies View RelatedJust got a debranded f305 and well it came with a 512mb card.I put my own 1gb card full with about 250 m4a songs now the phone is VERY SLOW when i enter music in file manager and slow in the media player takes like 3-4 seconds for it to start playing a selected song from list and like 5 seconds when i click the next in the player.now i understand this phone supports up to 4GB so if its so slow with 1 GB then how can 4gb even be supported.my own w910i runs smooth with much more music in file manager and is always instant in selecting and playing music in the player.... the f305 is a low-mid range phone but even the k610 has a fast file manager and music player so what gives?any ideas how to reduce the lag? or why is it happening?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm currently having a problem most of the time whenever I move the joystick downwards on my K800i phone, instead of scrolling down a menu, my phone thinks I've pressed select and pushed the joystick button. This is particularly irritating especially when I'm writing texts. Using the predictive text option and when I'm trying to scroll down in my address book to either call someone and my phone thinks I've pressed 'select' and calls somebody, I didn't want to call and sending somebody a text. In the meantime, I'm just moving the joystick upwards whenever I have to scroll through menus.
I've had my phone for about 2 1/2 years now and it was perfectly fine until now. I also have another minor problem which occurs rarely. Sometimes my phone is locked and when I get a text, The phone display stays dark and the phone doesn't function for me to unlock the phone. I have to open and shut the camera shutter for the display to light up the display and for the phone to function.
My keypad started acting weird today, the 4 key kept mapping to something in the music player and at least the 0 key spazzes and enters more than once even if I only press it once (haven't tried the other keys for that problem). The phone is about 6 months old from AT&T and is flashed to use the Taiwan firmware, any ideas if the problem might be software or hardware?

I get these error maybe 3-4 times a day and restart my phone when the issues doesn't die down.
Also, my phone stops responding at certain times and it just stutters along.
Is this my phone or should I do a factory reset? Also, will the 5.1 update fix any if these issues, I hoping not to have to restore to factory default.
My vivaz stoppes compleatly when i gets text massage. hav to take the batteri out to get going again.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI can only asume these 2 issues are somehow linked, when I try to watch a video on Facebook I get an error "the video cannot be played, an unknown error occured, if I open the same video in youtube, I just get a black screen, a reboot will fix it for a little while but not long, when I get the error, it will not let me record video with the camera either, just says camera is not available as soon as I hit record, mines a z2 and the problem only started since the lollipop update, if I reboot, I can watch videos and record video, after a while both errors return, its getting very annoying.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI record my drive to and from work. About 20 minutes into the drive the camera will stop recording. I have done a hard reset; updated the software, and even tried it in safe mode. Verizon has sent me a replacement, and it is worst.
This started the first day I got the phone. I dismissed is as a weird setting, camera stops after so many minutes. But after awhile, it seems to be a problem with the phone.
I'm absolutely shocked that there isn't an option for this in the camera app. Downloaded another from the play store, and no dice.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got my Elm phone today. I made a short video, downloaded the SE PC Suit and sync'd my phone to my PC using a USB. I then copied my video to my desktop and played it in Windows Classic Media Player. Now I have pretty much every codec update under the sun so was suprised to find that the video was extremely choppy. The audio worked fine but the video was extremely slow and it was as if I was watching picture slides as opposed to a video! When I tansferred the video to Vegas Pro there was no video at all, just audio. I could see the video slides in the programme but when I clicked play it was just black (with sound).
