i try to help him yesterday to download some application like Internet application but the problem is when i try to open the program it said 'feature not supported' also i download a game but when i open it said something like expired i forgot exactly whats the error.i think the only problem is the bout certificates and i dont know how to fix hope you can help me.btw his phone is nokia e61i.

When I press on the camera button it gives the message (Camera Feature not Supported). I played many tricks with it but of no use. I reset my phone to the original factory setting through (*#7370#) and Multi-finger process but of no help. I even reinstalled the updated version but the problem still persists. My camera worked fine before the update but now it gives the said message and the phone hanges up on pressing the camera button. I request nokia developers to help fix this problem and check their updates for buge before uploading them to the server to save users from problems & worries.

Everything seemed alright apart from the Conversations feature, often when I send a text message within it, an error message of 'Feature Not Supported' but after a number of attempts it eventually sends.
That's fine for people I have sent messages to but it seems when I send a new message to a new contact just through creating a new message I get an error of 'Message Editor: Feature Not Supported' which means I can't wish my friend Happy Birthday today!!!! View 9 Replies View Relatedtried installing the ms apps using a third party app since i saw it worked on other people's phones and i thought i would give it a shot i was wrong for about 3-4 days i've been scouring the internet trying to find a solution to the Home screen:feature not supported bug or whatever it is, but to no avail. I am starting to become a bit desperate as the gallery simply will not work no matter what i do, .jpgs wont open, and my phone has been handicapped in the most literal sense of the word. Also i've tried hard resetting twice but to no result. i have a nokia 5800 xpress music latest firmware (40) and everything, but latley when i get a normal SMS from someone (i know the person gotten messages from him before), it tells me Unable to open: message format not supported. however the message shows in the in-box (the first few words or so, after the senders name) and if i go to a previous text and then click the arrow (or the pound key) that takes me to the next text, it'll open fine.. it kinda **bleep** me off i tried restarting the phone didn't help

I was a proud owner of Nokia E61i until yesterday.
I went to sleep last night and everything was working fine, and when I woke up this morning my phone was totally blank.
At first I thought it probably just turned itself off because of the battery but the battery was fully charged. I cannot see anything, the screen looks as if the phone is turned off, but in fact the phone is on since I can here the keypad tones when I press anything.

When I connect my E61i (USB) to my computer and send a TEXT message, I do get the message in the SEND ITEMS of the phone.
If I connect (to that same computer) my 5200, then the message is NOT visible within the SEND ITEMS (although the message is send).
After Reinstalling the software my memory card password has been created automatically
and I dont know about the password. how to unlock it.
