Just updated my E72 with latest firmware and later noticed that my time has changed. Nepal time zone is now GMT +0:00 whereas it should be GMT +5:45.
View 8 Replies View RelatedAbout half of year ago in Russia was passed the low, that we don't transfer to winter time. About two mounths ago my nokia 5230 transfer to winter time. I wait update program every day, becouse my clock wrong to me.I try to tune clock by hand and change time zone, but GPS disordered my clock everytime. I try to get help from russian call center, but them except as standart phrases "The Developers know about this problems, We don't know nothing, Just wait and belive, The developers develop development... bla bla bla" and nothing more. I like my phone very much (much more than all Android and Iphones taken one with another) but i think that case is irresponsibility of Nokia Company and its Russian offices.

View 3 Replies View RelatedBefore the most recent update my phone occasionally change time zone from eastern to central. After the update I pretty much lost the ability to automatically connect to LTE, it would mostly only connect by toggling airplane mode or the CDMA CDMA/LTE mode. Spoke with HTC which suggested remove and re-install sim card.I followed HTC suggestion.
After phone rebooted it connected to LTE but was stuck in Central Time Zone for about 4 hours, then the phone finally went back to Eastern Time Zone.My LTE issue seems resolved but the phone continues to revert back to Central Time 4 to 5 times per day for up to a half an hour each time regardless of where I am locally.I know I can manually set my time zone but I dont think I should have to do that.In CDMA only mode the phone is fine.
My older phones would change time automatically as I traveled to a different time zone. 4s isn't doing that!

When I recently flew to the East Coast, all my iCal appointments shifted 3 hours. Thus appointments I had at 9 am rang at 6 am, etc. It had shifted all my appointments by 3 hours. How can I get iCal to not shift appointment times as I cross time zones?

I've just receive my new 9300 curve with the company account. It's synchronize everything perfectly but not the Time Zones. So I still have the icon of the configuration running (65%) and it don't finish the configuration.

Once my other workouts are synced, the table in the heart rate zones tab shows the total number of minutes spent in each individual heart rate zone. This is not happening with the programmed interval workouts. I know my zones are being recorded because of the feedback I get during the workout and the color coded graph portion seems to be accurate. The table on my recent 25 minute interval workout reads 1:55 in Z2, 2:32 in Z3, 0:36 in Z4, and 0:00 in both Z1 and Z5. Clearly these durations do not add up.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am using Nokia Maps 3.03 on my E71 (language: German) plus Nokia Map Loader 3.0, but I am experiencing several problems: Nokia Maps goes online via Internet for a few seconds (which costs me) although I set it to my Wireless connection. How can I switch that off? Every time I load a new map (and voices) via Map Loader and then start the software on my E71, it tells me that the maps are out-dated and I need to delete them. But then I do not see any maps in the software, and also the load of the voice is gone.
View 9 Replies View RelatedNokia 700, Nokia Belle pack 1. Some parts of Finland can't be seen in detailed scale and any address on these parts can't be found and thus can't be used for navigation. In other words there are no navigation map at all. There is a lot of such zones - the western part of Imatra, the northern part of Savonlinna, etc. I asked Russian on-line support service about that problem, they answered that the map of Finland is not completed and there is nothing to do with it. I can't believe, is it true that Nokia cannot offer the normal map of the company motherland? I need this map.

Just checked my HTC One phone that's on AT&T and the settings app reports that I'm on version 4.1.2. After Googling around, I see 4.3+ is out there. When I attempt to update the software, it says that my software is up to date.
View 13 Replies View RelatedIt's great that Swype was included with the X2 so I didn't have to downlaod it, but the fact that it's a system application means it can't be altered and therefore we're stuck with an outdated version. I can understand that the included version was probably current when the Froyo firmware was written for the phone, but to not update Swype to the current version when you rolled out Gingerbread or remove it so we can update it ourselves doesn't make any sense. If I want to have the current version, which is improved, I have to root my phone to remove Swype so I can put it back on. Any plans to change this so we can actually control what's on our phones and keep the apps up-to-date? BTW, Swype's already got another version on the way. [URL]

I went to "Set my Heart Rate Zones" and manually entered the five zones that I've been using for a while now, into a Heart Rate Zone Template.Then, when looking at a workout summary, on the left side I clicked the section for Zones-->Heart Rate. It displays five HR zones.. but they're not the HR Zones I entered myself. They're the stock/default zones. Therefore, when I look at the workout summary, when it shows how much of my running was done in each HR zone, the summary is incorrect.In the image below, where the arrow is pointing, how can I get it to show my custom HR Zones from the template I filled out?

View 14 Replies View RelatedI updated my Z3 Dual to 5.1.1 Build 23.4.A.1.200 (Hong Kong) a few days ago. I found that my touchscreen has some "dead zones" when playing games or typing on the keyboard, mainly a vertical line about 2cm from the left of the screen and also a bit on the lower right.

View 8 Replies View Relatedwhen I create a Workout my Heart Rate Zones are incorrect. I'm using the Custom Zones and have them set as Active. I created a workout and downloaded it to my MotoActv, but when I started the workout, it did the intervals correctly however the Heart Rate Zones were way too high. i.e., it had my Zone2 starting at 200 which is higher than my max heart rate of 189 so it wasn't effective in telling me when I was in the right zones. However, when I quick start a workout, it uses my correct zones.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm using a PAYG with Virgin UK and it loggs on to T-Mobile on some occasions as there is apparently a network sharing between Virgin and T-Mobile.However, T-Mobile has set a bookmark www.t-zones.co.uk in the Nokia browser (and made it startup page so it goes straight there when you open the browser). The "delete" and "edit" options don't exist on this one. Auto-bookmarks are off in the settings.

I ran 6 miles after the fit test and was able to take a glance at my watch and see the zone I was in. Very cool. I went to the website and tweaked my zones and saved a new template.I can't get the pace zones function to work since then. I'm sure it is operator error.

Each time I check my settings, the custom HR zones that I programmed are marked as currently active, but all my workouts are showing as the default zones set by Motoactv. These are not the zones that I desire to use in my training.
