Nokia Nseries :: Shift Of Russians Time Zones?

About half of year ago in Russia was passed the low, that we don't transfer to winter time. About two mounths ago my nokia 5230 transfer to winter time. I wait update program every day, becouse my clock wrong to me.I try to tune clock by hand and change time zone, but GPS disordered my clock everytime. I try to get help from russian call center, but them except as standart phrases "The Developers know about this problems, We don't know nothing, Just wait and belive, The developers develop development... bla bla bla" and nothing more. I like my phone very much (much more than all Android and Iphones taken one with another) but i think that case is irresponsibility of Nokia Company and its Russian offices.

since 3 years ago caracas,venezuela time zone has changed from gmt-4 to gmt-4.5.i didn't find where to post this cause there is no forum to talk about general stuff of the forums, site, etc.

Just updated my E72 with latest firmware and later noticed that my time has changed. Nepal time zone is now GMT +0:00 whereas it should be GMT +5:45.

I wanted to buy NFS Shift for my C6-01, ovi store says not available if I choose Belle.
But I see its available if I choose Anna or earlier, and also if I choose any other phone, C7,N8, all have it available to buy it with Anna or Belle.
Same problem with Real Golf and probably other games. I tried support but I don't see any email to contact ovi store

Since the time change on Saturday night, my phone keeps jumping between two time zones. I have tried resetting it in the set up menu and turning my phone off and on again. Any ideas why and how to fix it?

I've notcied that my Timeshift Video has stopped work. I can tap the icon and record the video, but I no longer get the option to slow down any part of the video. I've tried playing the saved video but none of the appshave that feature.

how to get the time shift editor thing back up if you want to edit video later. I took some vids but à could not edit it while I was b out and I can only seem to do it in movie editor but it's not as good.

The video taken in time shift video is too dark and is barely visible even on standby mode while not recording, even the exposure control doesn't seem to work its still the same from -2 to +2.

Before the most recent update my phone occasionally change time zone from eastern to central. After the update I pretty much lost the ability to automatically connect to LTE, it would mostly only connect by toggling airplane mode or the CDMA CDMA/LTE mode. Spoke with HTC which suggested remove and re-install sim card.I followed HTC suggestion.
After phone rebooted it connected to LTE but was stuck in Central Time Zone for about 4 hours, then the phone finally went back to Eastern Time Zone.My LTE issue seems resolved but the phone continues to revert back to Central Time 4 to 5 times per day for up to a half an hour each time regardless of where I am locally.I know I can manually set my time zone but I dont think I should have to do that.In CDMA only mode the phone is fine.

My older phones would change time automatically as I traveled to a different time zone. 4s isn't doing that!

When I recently flew to the East Coast, all my iCal appointments shifted 3 hours. Thus appointments I had at 9 am rang at 6 am, etc. It had shifted all my appointments by 3 hours. How can I get iCal to not shift appointment times as I cross time zones?

I've just receive my new 9300 curve with the company account. It's synchronize everything perfectly but not the Time Zones. So I still have the icon of the configuration running (65%) and it don't finish the configuration.

We had our Fall time change Saturday, and my HTC One M8 failed to adjust for daylight savings. Well, parts of it failed.
The small time display next to the battery meter is correct.
The large time display in the Sense 6 widget is one hour ahead. When the screen is locked, the time is displayed correctly, but when the phone is unlocked, the time is displayed one hour ahead. They're probably two separate widgets? Tap the Sense 6 widget, and the local time on the world clock page is also one hour ahead.
Any way to get the Sense 6 widget to display the correct time?

When traveling, and I change time zones all my appointments change times. How can I stop this?For example, I live in Denver, and enter appointments while on my home time zone. However, even when the appointment I enter is in another city I'll enter the exact time. When I get off the plane and change time zones all the appointments change too.

After I updated my phone to lollipop I have noticed that all my previous time shift burst photos have messed up. They used to show up in the album as one photo which I could click into and move the slider up and down to select my favourite pic. Now it is showing all 61 pics as separate photos in the album.
New timeshift burst photos are behaving correctly. How can I fix this?

After using the coached interval feature a couple of times, I have noticed a problem. Once my other workouts are synced, the table in the heart rate zones tab shows the total number of minutes spent in each individual heart rate zone. This is not happening with the programmed interval workouts. I know my zones are being recorded because of the feedback I get during the workout and the color coded graph portion seems to be accurate. The table on my recent 25 minute interval workout reads 1:55 in Z2, 2:32 in Z3, 0:36 in Z4, and 0:00 in both Z1 and Z5. Clearly these durations do not add up.

why does my n8 freeze up? i have no apps open and i go to open my photos then click on photo to open it and the screen goes black and theres nothing?? also i have to recharge it like 2 or 3 times a day, even when im not using it?? **bleep**!! is my n8 a dud?? all this started the day i bought it brand new

The flash light on my 808 goes on on its own frm time to time. Mainly it happens during SMS arrival. It goes on and stays on untill I switch it off by pushing slider down for few seconds. Accidental pressing of slider is excluded as it happens even when phone is laying on my desc. When I notice this I switch it off but it happened few times in the pocket and flash is draining battery.I just send few SMS and observe that flash goes on for a moment but switches off. I wander if flash is somehow related to notification of SMS or other messages?

Some Apps require a one time download which always seems to be 252.50kb. However when I am prompted to allow the one time download it proceeds with the installation, the phone completes the download then switches to "Installing" and finally the installation fails. how the automatic time update function works on the Nokia 701 and the like? Mine is enabled and seems to update when my phone connects to a data source (e.g. when retrieving email or when browsing websites) but the time retrieved seems to be about two minutes slow. Where does the phone get it's time signal from? Is this a network thing (i.e. it is Orange that is running slow) or does it obtain the time from a Nokia server?
Finally can I change the server it obtains the time from?

Nokia 700, Nokia Belle pack 1. Some parts of Finland can't be seen in detailed scale and any address on these parts can't be found and thus can't be used for navigation. In other words there are no navigation map at all. There is a lot of such zones - the western part of Imatra, the northern part of Savonlinna, etc. I asked Russian on-line support service about that problem, they answered that the map of Finland is not completed and there is nothing to do with it. I can't believe, is it true that Nokia cannot offer the normal map of the company motherland? I need this map.

I got nokia n79. When you turn on the mobile phone the buttons are working proper but after a short period of time they stop. Only the button for turning on is working. What should I do for make them work like they have to.
