Jul 18, 2010
I can download the software but when I want to install it, it refuses. Always get the info:Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library and than Program: C:.. This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
I have recently checked the software updater on my nokia N8-00 to see that there is an update that can only be updated through the ovi suite, so I duely download it set it up and too my surprise I get an this error. I have restarted my computer inutile times and the ovi suite is the latest as it was only downloaded yesterday, I have also tried the download with my firewall turned off and still get this error.
Non of the apps and not even themes are able to install from ovi store after updating my N8 to anna today. The apps download just fine but when it gets to the installation part it results in an installation error. My N8 product code 059c640I have already done a hard reset 2 times together with a full format of my mass memory and memory card before resetting and then after installation process I updated everything through ovi suite and mobile update tool OTA again. What can i do?
I had Nokia e52 which is dead now and I have backed up its contacts via nokia ovi online , and since it is no available anymore online, I had to download the zip file of my contacts from nokia ovi online which contains csv file . I have nokia phone (n70)( I know its old!) but what I want is simple ; I want to restore my contacts , how to do it via nokia ovi suite !
I have tried in excess of 10 times to install Nokia Ovi Suite on my PC.I have visited this site and tried all of the suggestions, removing existing software, restarting, redownloading the newest version of NOS and installing to no avail. The error message I get every time is:
I am very happy with my New E7 however after the Anna update I am no longer able to log into the Ovi store. I get the following error when trying to log in "Unable to complete the operation due to a connection error. Please try again later"
I cannot download or log in. Everything else is working just great its just the store which is starting to prove troublesome. I can access the store with the same user account on my computer.. Its just from my phone..
I Purchased it a month ago. Installation Error appears every time. I Followed instructions many times with no joy. I have tried to leave a review but clicking on it doesn't go anywhere and nobody else has left one either.
More than 2 weeks appears error #400 when I'm trying to download apps from ovi store to my C5-00 MP5. I have reinstalled Nokia Suite and tried for many times. Still the same error, what to do with that? (My browser IS online.) Opening Ovi Store in Nokia Suite doesn't work too.
i even couldnt load the ovi store successfully! i can load it now but when i hv selected a app to dl, download error existed although the downloading process is nearly finished!i hv updated to Anna for 2 months, and i hv tried many methods so as to solve the problem but seems that all of them are not work! really confusing!

When the transaction was confirming i saw an error that the verification with server has failed but i get 2 sms messages with "Thank you for buying...". In sms i can read my transaction code but i still cant download my game and i LOST MY MONEY !
What can i do to get back my money or get the game ?
I'm using Nokia 5233 and getting "installation failed" error every time i download any game from Ovi store. I have done hard reset and soft reset for phone thinking it would fix this but all in vain.
i have a nokia 700, after exploring it and trying all its contents, i now know you can download the application "Ovi Store" directly from the phone using Wi-fi. Ok, i did it, now i press it to install. The installation progress bar shows up and fills up, then a message saying: "Impossible to Install"
Ovi Store has released new updates for E63. When i try to install the update, i'm getting an error. It says "Unknown Error: -12". i tried few times installing the update but failed.
I am unable to access Facebook/Twitter through Social application on my Nokia N8. I am getting an "Unable to connect to gateway. Please try again" error. I am using GPRS (not WiFi) and I am able to access internet through the browser, download apps from Ovi etc.. I tried changing the priorities in "destination" of the connection setting, tried all combination. Also, I am unable to update the Social application says "Network is not available. Please try again"Here are some details:software version 011.012custom version 011.012.C03.01social version 1.1.264LOGS1. upTrace.txt -[url]....
Tried to enter the Nokia920 competition but got a "Field not valid" error on my post. there were no further instructions. I dont know what I could have possibly messed up.
My Nokia E52 is facing a problem lately, it says "Remove memory card and press ok" continuosly, I remove the memory card and then press ok, but nothing happens. I put it back and that error message comes again and again . My memory card is SanDisk 2gb and was working properly till a few days ago. Strange because sometimes the memory card works for a few hours than stops working and says the error message.
I get the message "can't install as you don't have enough space on C:" All my apps that gave me an option are installed on E: so I have none to delete from C:. I tried to delete Maps 3.06 and it appeared to be deleted in the App Manager but it still seems to be there and working. I have cleared all the web browser cache.
motocast runtime error whenever i try to sync with my phone, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling motocast still fails. I have been using it to sync for over a month and it just suddenly stoped working.
have a 12-month-old Hero, which was upgraded to Android 2.1 a few months back.i used to use HTC Sync v2, but now have to use v3 with Android 2.1. The problem is, it doesn't work.the software installs okay, and the icon sits in the Windows XP system tray, but when you plug in the phone, HTC Sync fires up, the phone says "connected" and HTC Sync crashes:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program: C:Program FilesHTCHTC Sync 3.0htcUPCTLoader.exe abnormal program termination
I also tried the latest version, which came out a few weeks ago too, with the same error.I've been corresponding with HTC C/S for several weeks with no success. They keep suggesting obvious stuff, like anti-virus software and USB problems. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've done integrity checks on Outlook data, I've been through my startups, and made sure all drivers and OS patches are up-to-date.There's not a lot of software on this laptop (IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad R52 with 2GB RAM), and there are no other software issues.
Windows Vista, 32-bit, Home Premium, Service Pack 2
Nokia 5530 XpressMusic
Problem: BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) occurs constantly.
I think the problem is the phone drivers (via cable). The program itself shouldn't be it.I made a system recovery, which worked. And my computer was restored. But when I tried once again the same problem occurred. How can I use the phone with the computer without getting the BSOD?
I'm a newbie in here and need help. So, to keep a long story....long. Recently Dell recalled my hard drive and sent out a new one. Previously I was running XP Pro/Outllook '03/with an 8820 and BB Desktop 4.6 flawlessly. Now, with the new hard drive I am running Vista Business (32bit)/Outlook '03/with a brand new Bold 9700 (T Mobile) and BB Desktop 5.0.1. I am unable to setup intellisync with outlook. When setting up sync, I get through all the motions and get a "Runtime error", "Unable to find system in table file". I searched all over the internet and did everything that I could find for this to no avail. I reset the connection in dos per the tech guide on here, it didn't work. I did the clean install with removing registry entries (with all available BB Desktop versions, 4.6 - 5.01) none worked. I need to be able to sync my contacts and calendar! Is there a BB tech line number?
