Nokia Lumia :: Live Account Birth Date Change - Can't Download Application?

basically what happened was she setup a new live account at the AT&T store on the phone, and accidently did a birthday of 10/16/2012 not 10/16/1980 so the phone automatically went into My Family mode and won't allow any apps to be downloaded. We've tried to log in to live.com and change the birthdate but it wont let you. We've called AT&T who then called Nokia, but nobody knows. Basically it's giving an error of "My Family setup needed - my family must be setup before you can buy this item. Ask your parent to setup My Family settings on windowsphone.com" when you download an app.
I had to change the password for my microsoft live account today, and since then the Store will not download any apps. I've updated the 'email & accounts' section for the new password, but the Store still won't download anything.
Why is Apple requiring my date of birth in order to download free apps to my iPhone?Apparently this is a recent change in their policy.Who came up with this stupid idea?Obviously Apple just wants to uee my DOB for marketing purposes (or even worse to sell it to other companies).If I would have known that Apple would require my personal information I would have gotten an Android phone instead.
Is there any way (hope so) to delete a Live account registered in the Windows Phone?Particularly, I really hated integration (forced) with Live services!For example, my phone's contact list is necessarily linked to my contact list of the Live service...It happens that my contact list on Live is huge, but my phone's contacts are much smaller.And I do not want to mix them.
I am trying to change my apple id on my iPhone 5. The issue is that I have forgotten my password and when I use the iForgot screen the system does not recognize my date of birth. I have requested an email three times but never received anything. I am unable to go through manage my ID and change back to the old email account as this email account is now my rescue account.I have an iTunes account that I can access through my pc with no issues.
My Nokia Lumia 800 seems to only get data with WIFI, but when I put my SIM card in any other phone I am able to connect to the 3G network.My Nokia Lumia has an H beside the reception bars. I had data working perfectly fine on my previous phone though?ALSO, how do I change the clock to 12 hours? Right now it's on a 24 hour time system and I can't seem to find anywhere in the preference how to change it to 12 hours...
950xl dual sim from US, non insider.I just got the firmware update yesterday and found out the live tile stop showing any information. Not a big deal but once you know it, it is annoying, just like the creaking back cover.I don't think this firmware update fix the heating issue, my phone heats up quickly even when browsing internet with Edge.
I have some old MS Live account backups from older Lumia devices that are dated back to 2012. I saw them when I first restored from back-up today. How do I delete these from MS servers? I tried going to OneDrive about 2 months ago and deleting them there, but they are still reappearing somehow on new phone restore.
I am an owner of a Nokia Lumia 1020 running on Cyan software update. Unfortunately, I've been facing many problems with a phone I loved, one of them is that whenever I reboot my phone the date and time are resetted. The phone starts with a different time and different date, and I have to organize them correctly again.
Is there a good app that I can get the football scores live (almost live)? I downloaded MobiTifo, but it doesn't seem to work properly. When I download it, it says that it has been successfully installed, but it doesn't appear in my list of apps.
I've recently purchased a N900, and I'm trying to create a new e-mail account to connect to my hotmail/msn account. The settings I'm using are :
Incoming server : pop3.live.com Outgoing server : smtp.live.com
But when it's all setup, I get the message :"Unable to connect to pop3.live.com. Server name or port number may be incorrect" Can someone tell me the correct settings please?
Just bought new Nokia 2730 and everything else is OK but I am not able to add my hotmail account to email settings. It always says that login fails. Live ID and password is OK and Live Messenger under chat is working with my account. I have the latest firmware v 09.41 02-12-09 rm-578.
Each time I restart my phone, it loses the current date and time and set's it to some apparent random day. This last time it chose the 16th of May 2012.
I took delivery of it yesterday and it's been fully charged. I've set the Date+time to 'Set Automatically' to 'On'
I have a Lumia 710 running on wp7.8Firmware version - 1600.3036.8858.12460I have pinned the Nokia mail to start but when I make the tile smallest there was no icon of Nokia mail ....I thought it is a temporary problem and I reset my phone but the problem not solvedVerify it is it working on other phones or notAnd is the Zune tile is live when it is on full size???/And what it can display ??/On my phone it is only showing Zune icon
For a couple of days now, I haven't been able to update or install any apps from the Marketplace, since I've started to get this error: "Windows Live ID - service is unavailable right now. Please try again later". (translated from originally Finnish message). It has worked just fine earlier. Network is OK and pretty much everything else is working.
Since a week i am unable to access xboxLive and Music +videos. when ever I click these two icons they are not populating anything.Unable to install new apps also though I have enough memory?
I've recently bought a nokia 820 and am having trouble with the messaging app. In my settings-ringtones+sounds, I've got the ringer on, and the new text or IM set to a sound, the 'play a sound for' everything is checked. However when I receive an SMS neither the messaging live tile updates to reflect this, nor does any sound alert me. The phone is set to ring+vibrate, is there somewhere else I'm not checking?

So any games that I install and should be listed under this section cannot be accessed ( even if the installation wizard for the games completes succesfully).When I bought the phone I remember I unpined the XBOX Live tile from the initial screen; I dont remember hitting Uninstall..
My Lumia 800 Music+Videos Tile is not showing any artist images. The music in my device is having full album information (With album art) but still the artist images are not coming on the tile.I just see the non-interactive tile on the start screen.
I have Windows phone 8.1 installed and I need to do a factory reset in order to change Microsoft account and I am just wondering if I do this, I will have to downloaded the Preview for Develoepers app again from the store, right?
