I am continuosly getting below error msg on my Nokia E72 mobile regularly after sometime. Mails are getting exchanged but getting below error msg. I tried with reconfigured my profile also. "Your account does not have permission to sync with current settings. Contact your administrator."

View 8 Replies View RelatedI stumbled across my google account sync settings, and noticed that my contacts have not synced since July 24! It says "Sync Error" under my google account, and the Contacts has the sync icon with ! next to it, and below it says, "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly.".
I've restarted the phone, then disabled data, restarted phone, enabled data, still no luck. My calendar syncs no problem. I don't want to delete my google account and re-add it, as I have most likely added contacts on the phone since 7/24, and they would be lost.
When I go to settings ->Accounts ->Google it says 'sync error' and when I refresh it keeps giving me the error. At the bottom of the screen it says "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly".

I have a Motorola Atrix 2 and initially set up a Corporate Sync account several months ago. I had no issues with this account until last week, when my Exchange server migrated.I tried adding the new server name, but that did not fix the problem. I was advised by my company (Microsoft) tech support to delete the Corporate Sync account and then re-create it.I proceeded to create the Corporate Sync account via Setting > Accounts > Add Account > Corporate Sync, but when I keyed in my information (Email address, Password, Domain, and Username) and clicked Next, I received this error:Sorry! The application Accounts (process.com.motorola.setup) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.I have restarted the phone numerous times, but this error still occurs. View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm able to pull up an old e-mail via search from my CorporateSync account, but when I try to download the attachment associated with the e-mail, I get a "failure to load attachment" pop-up and an account/connection error triangle in the notification area. I have my sync setup to keep the last 3 days. I also have a problem with forwarding e-mails w/ attachments when using the SmartForwarding feature, so I'm wondering if the issues are related.

Unfortunately, none of them are available, specially Ovi store ( neither through PC nor the smartphone itself). It's not my fault I live in Iran, despite the fact that Iran is one of Nokia's biggest consumers.I am so regretful I have bought this smartphone, cause I had other choices, like Apple ( cause App Store is available for Iran, even iTunes is available ) or Android smartphones.

View 8 Replies View RelatedSince downloading the new Nokia Messaging client 10.2.0.4 (Main) on my N97 Mini (11.0.045) it refuses to sync with my gmail account (it worked prior to downloading the new client via Software update on the phone).
I've tried changing the "When to Sync" setting to soonest or 15 mins etc but that makes no difference.If I change the access point it will open a connection (which it wont have done until this point) but still no sync. It never seems to close the connection, unless the phone is rebooted.Anyone have the new messaging client working ?

My ovi suite doesnt see photo albums in my N97 Ovi Suite see the all photo on N97 thats ok, but where s my Photo albums? When I connected N97 to PC, I see only one tab thats name is ALL but I cant see my photo album in my N97 I try to create a album on ovi suite and upload to N97 but I cant do.its seems like a working but dont create a album on n97 Any one has got the same or smilar problem? is this a bug for about Ovi Suite or N97 Software?
View 6 Replies View RelatedMy PC Sync has stopped synchronizing appointments.As far as I am aware I have not changed any settings.I synchronize appointments and contacts between my Nokia 6230i and Outlook 2007 via bluetooth.Contacts still work OK but when trying to synchronize appointments PC Sync just sits there saying "reading appointments" without proceeding.I can open up in Outlook the calendar I am synchronizing with.I have tried creating a new configuration through PC Sync but that does not resolve anything. The calendar I wish to synchronize up with does appear in the list of calendars to select.

But when I select Sync e-mail option under Phone->Sync I get a warning stating 'No sync mailboxes defined. Define one'. I ran before the software update and sync'd to my motoactv.com account.After I installed the software update, my Motoactv DOES NOT SYNC with my account.I tried everything: sync with my laptop (Mac OS X Lion, last update), sync with wi-fi, sync after power off/power on, sync after reboot (start+power), sync after reboot of my laptop, sync after "factory reset". DOES NOT SYNC.
Then I tried a new account on motoactv.com. Now it does sync!The I tried to login to motoactv.com page -the new version is UGLY and DOES NOT WORK in Mac OS X Lion' Safari, why we need ads on that page? I am using a Nokia E51 and Ovi Suite, both the latest versions, under Windows 7 32 bits.However, some weeks ago, it stopped syncing with Outlook (calendar and contacts). However, it can correctly sync the SMS messages.It starts syncing and stops saying that the phone got disconnected, error 8393f017.The same thing happens with bluetooth and USB cable.
View 11 Replies View RelatedOn June calendar sync worked fine between my E55 and Outlook 97. After my summer vacation sync doesn't work.
Now I get always error message: "Reconnect the USB cable or connect via Bluetooth. Then senc again. Error code: 8004fced" I have tried with cable and BT. Already I have reinstalled Ovi Suite and I have flashed my E55 again but these didn't help. Sync working with contacts, messages and pictures.
New version will not sync with Outlook 2010,says Outlook is not the default mail client when it is and once you continues it give sync failled message. Also each time I run it I get 250+ error messages in the Windows 7 System event log. Three screen shots of the error and event log entries attached.

- two requests on the E71 to accept a connection from the PC - both of which I accept
- a long wait - around 2-3 minutes
- another request on the E71 to accept a connection from the PC, which I also accept
- another 1-2 minute wait
- a message appearing on the PC saying "The connection between the PC and the phone failed, error code 0x80044403.I can get both the PC and the E71 to transfer files with other devices over Bluetooth.And I can see the E71 as a Bluetooth device from Windows Explorer on the PC. Though when I double-click on it, I can't browse the content.The PC is running Vista Service Pack 1.The Bluetooth hardware is an HP integrated modeul with Bluetooth 2.0 Wireless, manufactured by Broadcom.The Driver date is 19/06/2007 and the Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator.The E71 is running the -400 firmware, freshly updated.
Tried everything but no results the error is attached. Cant access my contacts on N8-00 by any ways.

Also get an error at the end of sync "During sync, some of the records were invalid. Looked at phone and it was downloading something but can't remember what it was. All I remember was it seemed like it may have been some kind of system type of download. Automatic download is turned off and whatever it downloaded did not install, it just downloaded and disappeared. It's not in download folder. So is there a way to find out what it was?

I am not tech savvy and they gave 4 steps on how to do it, it, its currently connected and busy restoring on iTunes (still about another 6 hours to go), my question is, when do I put the sim card from my service provider into the phone, should I have done that first? or wait until the restore is done?
