i just downloaded DataLog on my Belle'd E6 and N8 and i was wondering if there is a way to make it auto-load at startup. It has to be running to add data to the log, apparently.

View 2 Replies View RelatedNow I know this is a simple question but I figure most people are pretty switched on in this forum so should be able to help me quite easily.I have a Nokia 5500 sport with symbian S60 I believe running on it. Now the OS is horribly slow at loading the alarm clock and contacts, takes 6 seconds for the alarm and maybe 2-3 for the contacts.If I open the alarms, then the main menu and click alarms again, it loads instantly. I imagine this is because I never pressed exit and it was still resident in memory. Now I do not run many apps, basically just the essential stuff like SMS, contacts, alarms and contacts, I imagine all of these apps would fit in memory at once quite easily, is there an option to force apps to stay resident? Or perhaps instead of having 'exit' change the button to be 'home' so that they stay running in the background?I'm sure what I want to do is possible, I am just not sure how to do.

As a student in college, I constantly email my professors back and forth but waiting 15 minute intervals until my mail refreshes is ridiculous. I can't seem to find a way around this... I have just switch to the iphone from a blackberry which automatically pushed my email on its arrive to the server, so this is extremely annoying that I have to wait or manually push my mail. I mainly use my college email account which is not associated with g-mail, hotmail, yahoo etc.

one example- Internet app-full screen only shows in 'normal' orientation, wont rotate- it does rotate in others, so its not the 'lock' setting.

The last time I charged my N97 it just charged continuously without stopping when the battery was full. I didnt think too much of it, but during the same day the phone froze on me. Upon rebooting it stuck on the Nokia start-up screen and just stayed like that, the phone even started to get warm. I have since tried several times to switch it on but it stays stuck on the Nokia start-up screen. Oddly enough, when I removed the SD card and switched it on it worked! I have now tried to switch it on several times with the SD card inserted, no luck, without the card, no problem at all! This is obviously not the solution to remove the SD card each time I need to switch my phone on. Could this be a software problem? Has anybody had the same issue?

It's been plugged into the charger for over an hour and won't do anything, won't display the charging screen or start up. However when I do connect it to the computer my PC makes the "hardware connected" sound then the "hardware disconnected" sound immediately after, despite the device apparently being unpowered.

So the problem is - how can i re-install previously purchased applications in ovi store?I thought it will be easy way, however it doesn't. Despite the fact that all of my previously purchased apps appeared in "My Stuff" section in Ovi Store applications, i cant download it, they only offer me to buy it again, I tried to solve this problem using pc, i wanted to download apps to pc from ovi store website and then move to phone. But all i can do - send a link to phone, and there i was offered to buy app again. It's just shocking omission of Ovi Store, that repels future purchases.

And I've encounted one issue that's really bugging me.When I start Maps, and the phone starts searching for satellites, the Maps program hangs for some reason. This happens quite offen. The rest of the phone works fine, but I can't use Maps.
