Nokia :: 5800 Front Page Calender
Mar 1, 2010Synchronized my calendar with Google calendar on Friday and it seemed to be working fine. however it would only show the events for that week and so even on Sunday it wasn't showing this week's events.

Jul 21, 2010If the day selected has entries when in calendar view, we have a list of them on the bottom of the screen. If you point at the entry sometimes a shortcut menu is opened sometimes we are directed to the entry view.

Feb 3, 2010I noticed last night that there is a number 2 with a circle to the right of it and in the circle is a downward pointing arrow and a red dot at the top of the arrrow. This is in the sport where you would see if you have voicemail right under day and date.Has anyone seen this? I have had my phone over a month and this is the first time I have seen this.BTW, I checked and there were no voice mails.

Mar 12, 2010I recently updated my 5800's firmware and I a now find that the FULL page qwerty keyboard is no longer an option for inputting text. Can anyone confirm this? Can I go back to the old firmware? I am visually impaired the full page keyboard was very useful.

Mar 11, 2010I have an E72 and love it. Just a question, I regularly sync my calender using the Nokia PC Suite and it works well. I silenced a reminder using the "silent" button and now some reminders are silent. The phone's display flashes but no audible alert. I've checked the profile and it defiantly has a setting enabled for an audible reminder. Any ideas?The alarms are perfect.

Apr 24, 2010I have a Nokia 5230 with software version 20.0.005 and I am running Nokia Ovi Suite 2.1.1.1 on Vista 64 bit.I connect either by bluetooth or USB. With this it is possible to synchronize messages, music and pictures. However, when synchronizing the calender or contacts with bluetooth Ovi Suite simply crashes.When synchronizing with the USB cable it gives either the message: "Sync Canceled Could not sync contacts. Reconnect the USB cable to your device or connect via Bluetooth. Then sync again. Error code: 80043c93" When synchronizing the calender it gives the message: "Sync Canceled Could not sync calender items and tasks. Reconnect the USB cable to your device or connect via Bluetooth. Then sync again."I have configered Ovi Suite to synchronize with Microsoft Outlook.Do you have any solution to this problem.

Mar 21, 2010Recently (3/20) I have visited Delhi,Rohini Nokia Care center (Dexter) (India). I vistied to resolve my front camera issue. Front camera video is coming Green. When I today (3/21) reached to collect phone and told them to please get me tested the phone front camera, what they told me is "there is no Front camera in E71. If you prove will give you new phone? This is pathetic they even don't know that there is front video camera in the phone. My jobsheet no is 11433527/100320113. Even I saw jobsheet, they have not even tested it. Engineer: Sukhbir,Amit and Sanjeev denied that there is Front Camera in this phone.If I(Me) prove then will give me new phone....Now I am ready to Prove Will Nokia Provide me new phone Who will resolve my issue Please tell me Grievance cell email id. Or i need to go to Consumer court for this?
