Nokia :: E71 Care Says There Is No Front Camera

Recently (3/20) I have visited Delhi,Rohini Nokia Care center (Dexter) (India). I vistied to resolve my front camera issue. Front camera video is coming Green. When I today (3/21) reached to collect phone and told them to please get me tested the phone front camera, what they told me is "there is no Front camera in E71. If you prove will give you new phone? This is pathetic they even don't know that there is front video camera in the phone. My jobsheet no is 11433527/100320113. Even I saw jobsheet, they have not even tested it. Engineer: Sukhbir,Amit and Sanjeev denied that there is Front Camera in this phone.If I(Me) prove then will give me new phone....Now I am ready to Prove Will Nokia Provide me new phone Who will resolve my issue Please tell me Grievance cell email id. Or i need to go to Consumer court for this?

my n95 8gb front camera is not working. wen i take front camera, i can see, only wallpaper and the options around like 03M, 9999 photos can be take, the title camera and its icon above and options and exit below. wen i click the middle button i can hear camera sound. also i am able to use zoom in and zoom out option. but nothing comes on screen.i can see only theme wall paper. i cant see any image. i tried updating software. what could be the problem? is my camera dead for ever? bt my main camera is working perfectly.

I discovered today that when I take a picture with the front camera. It flips the image so when i hold my phone portrait mode and take a picture. The image is flipped upsidedown for some reason. Also on my main camera, my recent images appear to have a blackspot in one particular spot, i took other images and in the same area, there is a black speck on my photos

So my lumia 920 is 10 days old and Ive noticed a lot of dust under the glass of the FFC.
- I have read a lot of the posts here. Some people claim its the dust entering through the ear vent.
- I used a cannister of pressurised air onit today - and it indeed cleared all the dust out of the camera.
Where did the dust go? I read soemwhere that this blown out dust can wind up under the screen..Could it also end up obstructing the proximity sensor and mess up calls (blanking screen out)?

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Nokia product I purchased recently.
I bought an E66 handset from Carrefour in Shanghai last month, thinking that it would have full features.
With the Nokia site for China not having any information available in English, I used the Nokia site from Oman (where I am currently living) to research the specifications.
It was not until I returned to Oman that I realized that the E66 sold in China and the E66 sold elsewhere was not actually the same phone.
The phone that I bought is missing key features that persuaded me to buy it in the first place. It is missing:
Front camera.
3G capabilities.
WiFi connectivity.
Lifetime navigation with OviMaps.
Plus a range of other features that I was looking for.
This is marketed as a business phone, yet is missing the features I need to properly conduct business.
I do not understand why a global brand such as Nokia would ensure that the E66 model would have the same features universally.
I am thoroughly upset and disappointed at Nokia; having been a Nokia user for more than 12 years I have been let down by the brand that I have remained loyal to. Essentially, I was misled into buying a very bad phone.
Is there any way that you can explain the reasons behind the difference in the Chinese and Global E66 and/or equip me with an E66 that has the features I am looking for?

The front-facing camera on the Nokia 920 getting dust particles inside the lens? This should be a very sealed area. I don't work in dusty environments, etc. Just a normal office IT Professional, and is in a case most of the time and rarely in a pocket.

It flickers like an old television, a fade of black. Most of the time it works fine but there are random times it flickers, does this happen to anyone other than me? or my iPhone is defective, Anyone perhaps have an idea what causes this flickering* I facetime and skype video alot, also the iPhone gets warm very close to hot point while using facetime or skype videocalls.

I took my N97 in for its second service in the past 5 weeks, this time because it froze and wouldn't make or receive calls.I was told that it was going automatically to message bank.I have never used or even activated message bank, so i don't know how that would unexpectedly start happening.I was also told that the reason i have so many troubles (crashes, freezes etc) with my phone is because i am using third party files on it.
I have to use PC Suite and i have to convert my chosen computer files into suitable N97 files.I also have to leave the phone clean of any files, applications, downloads or extras for a week to make sure that it works properly. then i can put my converted photos and music onto it.I can also put my OVI games & applications back on it.
Why is it reccommended that we do a Back Up before any resets or formatting, if the files on the back up are corrupted and possibly causing the troubles to recur?What is the point of having a memory card.

My N900 micro-USB connector died only few months after I bought it. I sent it off to customer care and now they're telling me the phone is out of warranty due to either being out of the warranty period, being physically damaged or being water damaged. I took good care of the phone and it worked fine until the battery died.
I need to send every email twice to get a response and they never seem to listen to me.I asked them to reevaluate their verdict and then they asked me for proof of purchase - which I already sent with the damn phone! It seems like the people responding to the emails have no connection to the people who actually have the phone at the repair center.What can I do?

Today I called Nokia Support, because I could not download maps with map loader.The guy asked if the ovi suite is installed. I told him, that the Ovi suite keeps on crashing on start-up on my machine, and that all other software is running fine, e.g. the PC suite which I am using instead.
For a price of 14 Cent/Minutes this "Nokia-Care"-guy had the nuts telling me that probably my computer needs to be fixed. After telling him that my computer works fine with all other software, he finally told me that I need to call Microsoft, as it would be their fault that Ovi Suite is not running on my machine.
This is a poor joke called "Nokia-Care". Dear Nokia-people, that is no-support and no-care-at-all. Providing something that crashes for free, and charging money for providing rudeness on the phone.

I still can't get any incoming email through the email client without hitting "send/receive" manually.This problem happened after upgrading to the new firmware.I called today and Nokia Care told me to install the firmware upgrade again using the computer this time.But when I try it says I already have the latest firmware. How do I over ride that - and reinstall the firmware again using the Nokia Software Updater on the computer?
Also,he told me if this doesn't work I would have to send it to them - they would reinstall the firmware themselves - and if it STILL didn't work - it would be deemed a "bug" - they would send me my N900 back and I would have to wait until the next firmware upgrade. The last firmware upgrade took 6 months.So, what is my "warranty" for?I did buy one.how come they can send me back a "broken" phone with no incoming email?
