After using my nokia about an year the browser stop opening. When I opening my home page, its successfully opened, but when I want to open the browser, there is no any response from my phone. I have upgraded to the latest firmware yesterday, but it also doesn't help. Can anyone help me on this?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have Nokia 701 with FP2, Whenever I open the default browser or software update, the background apps or open apps like Nokia store, opera mini are closing on their own. When I closed the software update and started to use the opera mini and Nokia store, the Nokia store app is closing on its own. Other problems with fp2 are, camera takes long time to open. Gallery opens but we cannot tap on images, same thing with thumbnail image in the camera sometimes.

View 3 Replies View RelatedJust got my wife a BB Bold 9780. Current software version is as delivered from the Bell retailer (ver. 6.0, bundle 863 I believe).
Anyway, when you open the browser, it allows you to visit a website. However, as soon as you click a link, it begins to open the website, but then about 1/2 way through loading the page, the browser jumps back to the 'bookmarks' home screen. When you press the back button, it just exits the browser. Tried with multiple websites, and the behavior is always the same.
I've tried the usual fixes - battery pull, clearing the browser cache and history, etc., but the problem won't go away.
I have recently acquired a Microsoft Lumia 950XL, I have noticed when accessing links from Facebook, etc which open a page in Edge each link opens a new browser tab, so before you know it you could have a number of tabs open.
In Windows Phone 8.1 you could tell IE not to open new tabs, yet i cannot find the option for this in Edge.
This is an AT&T phone and I have google set as my homepage but it keeps opening in Yahoo and I have to move the screen down to get the home button to appear. I would like it to open directly into google everytime.

N8 no respone at all, even press menu button, or long press the on/off button on the top.Before this happens, my N8 opening dfault facebook app, whatsapp & Nimbuzz, with mobile data connection on. Now it hang all the way by showing camera icon at the middle, yet camera app does not lauch.

Just wondering, has anyone noticed that when you try to type fast (i.e. typing the letter 'ben' fast) the first two letters 'be' are registered, but the last letter 'n' is not?I havent updated to latest firmware (031.032 i think) cuz i read there are a lot of problems. not sure if it outweights current firmware.

It seems that tracnsfer/sync with Zune software is OK, but trying to use the phone when connected is just about out of the question. Immediately when I disconnect the cable the touch screen is again as smooth as should be.
