when ever I try to enter a link (and/or any website, web search etc.) I get to a blank web page. only after I return to the previous page and retry accessing the website and loads properly.
View 3 RepliesThere is a similar post entitled " PC recognizes Nexus but then I can't access my storage". None of the solutions offered seem to apply to my situation. This is a new problem for me as I have previously had no difficulty connecting to my PC transferring files, especially music files.
Windows 7 on PC, Android 6 on Nexus 5. I am not rooted.
One solution mentioned in the other similar post said to go to:
Settings|Storage and USB|3dots| Menu in the Upper R Corner| USB Computer Connection is MTP
When I click on the 3 dots all I see is the option for "help and feedback". Not useful.
Accessing the device manager on the PC shows the Nexus 5 under portable devices. Clicking to update drivers shows the drivers are up to date.
Looking at "Devices and Printers" shows 2 Nexus 5 icons. One is described as a portable media player. Clicking on it brings up the blank page. The other icon under properties lists the device as a phone. Double clicking on the icon brings up Bluetooth operations which shows PC<->BT<->Nexus 5. I currently have Bluetooth turned off on the Nexus 5.
This is an AT&T phone and I have google set as my homepage but it keeps opening in Yahoo and I have to move the screen down to get the home button to appear. I would like it to open directly into google everytime.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI had a Pearl for 2 years and then it broke in July but my mom never stopped paying for the extra 30 dollars for the internet and stuff and then I got a Bold 3 weeks ago and up until like 5 days ago it let me on the internet. It will let me go to a site but then won't let me go anywhere else. For example it will let me go to google.com and then I will google something and it goes to the AT&T world phone page and something pops up and says "A problem occured while trying to render the page" anyone know why it's not working?

I've managed to connect it back to my wifi but whenever i click on my browser and try to load a page it says 'Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later.' even though it says i am connected to the wireless.

Since yesterday the phone keeps getting stuck on "Opening" when I get in any of the galleries (Photos, Videos, Animations, etc.), and when I try to access any of the multimedia content via /Config/General/Personalization, and stuff like that. The only way to access it its through File Administration. It gets a little slow opening the pics and videos, but get the job done, however, it isn't the same thing.Any thoughts on how can I fix it? They open to a black or white screen, then close. They can be moved to a different page, but can't be deleted.
