IPhone :: Blank Icons On Home Screen - Can Be Moved To A Different Page And Can't Deleted
Sep 2, 2010
I have an iPhone 4 running 4.01. I have five blank (white) icons on my home screen named: iPodOut, WbbSheet, TrustMe, DemoApp, AdSheet. They open to a black or white screen, then close. They can be moved to a different page, but can't be deleted. I don't know how they got there, but I'm guessing that they are Jailbreak and/or Cydia related.
i have somehow moved all my timescape content from the home page to the page on the far left. i have no idea how i have done this and how to get it back to the home page.
On my HTC One M8. How i can remove the time displayed on the top right hand corner of my home page. Right next to the battery indication. Or better yet how can i remove everything from the top of the screen. The wifi signal strength indicator, the battery level indicator and the time.
I have been downloading apps today and their icon's dont seem to be showing up anywhere. Ive downloaded BB Maps a few times and it's nowhere to be seen. Anyone know why this is and how to fix it?
I have 2 blackberry curve 8520 phones. Usually when there are new notifications on facebook or when I have a new email it is displayed on top of the home screen. On the one phone, I have a notification for facebook which I have already checked out, but the notification won't go away. On the other phone, there is an icon that looks a lot like the "earth" on the email icon. I have searched all over this phone - email messages, BBM messages and updates etc.
While updating my phone the Message Icon on the home page was removed, when I try to restore it, as per the instructions it will not go back to its corner.
I was using my phone earlier, everything was fine. I looked at it later, all my folders and icons are gone from my home page. The only thing on the page are the four things on the bottom. Phone, Chrome, Contacts and apps. I can get to everything from the app drawer, should be a simple matter to repopulate my home page. I've restarted my phone several times. I've both just restarted, and shut down, then restarted. All of my history seems to still be in the apps, I.e my email accts are signed in, my s-health history is there. The only thing that's changed are the icons have vanished from my home page. Phone is bone stock
I'm only new here so play nice! I got a new E52 last week. Problem is there is 2 icons on the home screen that I can't get rid of. One is a flashing mail icon ( I used to get this when my E51 inbox was full) and the other is showing the icon that a mail was pending being sent - ie in my outbox. Thing is, there is nothing in any outbox. Can anybody help me get rid of these 2 icons please?
Just discovered my home screen is blank, so I thought I had accidentally changed/moved it when I turned on "Easy Mode" to check that out. Switched back to "Standard Mode", but found my home screen gone, with a blank page in it's place. I found some directions on how to move pages around, making one a home screen. I selected the page I wanted as home screen and moved it to the page where the white house icon is highlighted. I was done but noticed nothing had changed. Home page still blank, so I did it again. I find that whenever I try creating my home screen page by moving it to the highlighted white house icon, the white house icon shifts to the left, remaining blank.
So basically the app icon for the default camera on my iphone 4s has decided to move from the first page, to it's own third page!
I've tried the whole holding my finger on the icon until it "wiggles", and then I have attempted to drag it to both the left and right to move it to another page- but this didn't work!
Personal Hotspot is now on the front page of Settings AND in Network in General. I want it to be gone from the front page of Settings and just be in Network in General. How do I do that?
How do you add a page on your iphone without any apps so you can just see the background picture. every time i try my itunes just deletes the empty page.
I was wondering, is it possible to get a different wallpaper for each page on your homescreen. Without jailbreaking it. It would be a pretty awesome feature.
My iPhone 4 has a blank screen and cannot be powered off using the normal (top) button. Pressing the home button has no effect, and the screen remains black. The phone is charged and can make calls normally using a bluetooth hands free kit in my car. Photos can be downloaded using Image Capture, and music and apps are visible in iTunes. iTunes tells me that the phone can't be restored until Find my iPhone is switched off in iOS iCloud settings - which can't be done as the screen is inaccessible!
I see a lot of ppl with little tiny icons on their home screen under the name of the app. How do I get this?Like in this photo. Or how it says something at the top bar like "orange"
I have an old school first gen IPhone. It's jailbroken. I was wondering if there is any way to have absolutely no icons except for the ones on the dock on the home screen?
I understand tap and hold to make the icons jiggle, then drag. Only problem is, I can move them to the right but not to the left--to the home screen. For example, I moved one of the default home screen icons to the second screen, leaving a hole. Now I'm trying to move an icon from the second screen into the hole I created. I can drag to the right and create a new screen, but it will not break through to the left onto the home screen.
How can you move the position of your icons on the Iphone desktop. Occasionally they seem to shift by themselves, or group themselves within an icon, and I can't figure out how to organize manually.
I have 3 pages on my android 5.0.1 lgg3. I am unable to add a 4th screen. Tried sliding icons to the right of the rightmost screen but nothing happens. I need to know how to add another page. It used to work fine.
Is it possible somehow to move a certain app (icon) on the home screen without changing of the positions of the above icons? Hope it's possible still!Â
