May 24, 2012My Iphone calendar is stuck. I went to add an entry and it is stuck in time area. I cannot add by clicking DONE and cannot CANCEL to close the entry. How can I unstick it so I can continue to add entries and check previously entered info? Been stuck for 2 days.

Motorola Xoom :: Setting To Change Active Screen Area
May 11, 2011Picking it up this morning I tried entering my security PIN only to find the numbers weren't registering. The problem? My finger holding the device - while not touching the screen area - was too close and was activating multitouch. Moving my finger out of the way solved the problem though my grip slips away and the device starts to fall out of my hands.
I can't be the only one that finds this tablet hard to hold. And the best part is, there's an easy remedy to the situation: give us the option to change the active screen area (e.g. shrink it by a certain number of pixels in order to give us more room to hold it). Even without changing anything else in Honeycomb this is still doable, yet I fear it will never become a reality.
Am I the only one who wants to see them let us shrink the touchable area of the screen so we can hold it better?

I'm trying to get my Xoom to connect to the corporate network (EAP-TLS) and followed the instructions for the IPad and imported my certificated into Android correctly. But when I connect, it hangs at the connecting state for minutes, before finally giving up.

Aug 16, 2011I got the 3.2 upgrade for my 3G Xoom a week or so ago; I understood that when the upgrade came, it would work with SD cards just like the WiFI-only Xoom upgrade. Today I stuck a SanDisk micro SD into the slot, and I got an option in "Settings" to mount the SD, but it won't mount. Neither will computer (Vista OS) recognize an SD, nor will it create a Xoom Media section in computer file explorer when Xoom is connected by USB as the Motorola help site describes; all I get is the original Xoom folder that I had pre-3.2.

Jun 19, 2012When I uprgraded my Xoom wi-fi to ICS, Amazon Prime videos became totally unviewable. I almost gave up ever being able to use the Xoom for viewing streaming videos again. Then I read, on this forum, that Adobe had upgraded Flash and that now the videos should be okay. I have since watched bout 4 or 5 videos and they were very smooth without a single hiccup or sign of dropped frames. However, I tried to watch "Explorers" and it is totally unviewable with jerky sound and blocky video. I tried restarting it several times with no change. Then I picked a different video, also on Amazon Prime, and it worked fine.

It can't even recognize me saying "yes".My previous phones were a WinMo Treo Pro, preceded by a Palm OS Treo 750. Both had decent voice recognition. I was actually impressed with the WinMo recognition quality, although the functionality was limited.
