I have been trying out the new Bose Soundlink with my Droid X and they are really cool. Problem is I bought them to go with my Xoom and when I try to connect to Bose SoundLink it fails to find it. Normally I would blame the speaker but since it worked with my Droid X I tend to think that it may be the operating system HoneyComb.

Can bluetooth speakers and a bluetooth mouse not be used simultaneously? If I have music streaming to the bluetooth speakers, once I move the mouse the music stops until I'm finished moving the mouse and then starts playing again.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI´m the owner of a fantastic and great Xperia Mini (ST15i). I´ve been using it for 4 months, and it works and navigates really good. My prior mobile was the old Xperia X10 Mini (ST10i), another fantastic mini mobile phone.
The thing is that with my old ST10i, there was not problem for discovering the Handsfree Bluetooth of my Audi A4 2.0 TDI DPF 143CV (from the 2009), but my current ST17i doesn´t discover it by any means.
is there any Application (Android) for it in order to discover more BT Handsfrees, allowing me to discover and pair it my A4?.
Mi Xoom has stopped playing any sound through the internal speakers. They worked fine in the beginning, but a week ago they were muted for games, video and music. However, i do get the sound through headphones.The speakers are not broken, as i get notification and alarm sounds normally.I tried the factory resetting, but without success...Problem might have come up when i tried headphones for the first time or when downloading some volume control app -unfortunately i cannot say precisely when the problem occurred.

View 1 Replies View Relatedi have a xoom wifi/3g (not using a 3g plan) honeycomb up grade and i am having problems with bluetooth tethering. i am able to start the bluetooth tethering and everything works well fo r a little while. i am using my droid x2 and the sleep options are all off on noth my xoom and droid x 2. The bt connection does not drop but the bt tethering does eventhough the device bt tool box is saying the device i can unpair and pair again and the bt internet does not work. the only way it comes back is if i reboot the xoom which sucks.

I have the Motorola Bluetooth keyboard and there seen to be a delay in the typing showing on the screen. mainly while in the browser. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a simple fix? Am I missing something? I do not remember this with 3.0.1 but I am not sure.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have problems when watching video with sound out via bluetooth. Sometimes the playback begins to stutter severely and becomes unwatchable. The problem was present already with Honeycomb. I hoped it would go away with ICS, but it didn't. I am wondering if others have the same problem and if they have found a solution? The problem is intermittent. If I restart my Xoom playback is usually fine. Sometimes it is possible to watch a full movie, but usually the playback fails after a while. Or just as I start playback. I have tried several different apps for video playback and also tried with wifi shut off. No difference. I have used both a Jawbone Jambox and a Belkin bluetooth receiver. No difference. Once the problem appears, only a reboot will fix it. However playback over wire or internal speakers is still fine. Even after a reboot the problem will return after a while. Typically as playback is started. I have the Jawbone less than two meters away. Using a wired connection to the jawbone or headphones is an easy workaround, and what I normally do, but it would be nice if BT worked with video playback.

The mouse can grab a widget in a window, and left click allows dragging right or left to a different window. View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the Motorola keyboard and MS 5000 BT mouse. They each work well individually, however when used together, the keyboard frequently disconnects. When I go to a text field, the software/screen keyboard comes up instead of using the hardware keyboard. If hit a few keys on the hardware keyboard, then it seems to reconnect and I can continue using it. It disconnects again once I leave a text field. I'm using a 3G version of the Xoom, but without 3G activated, so just using WiFi.

The weird part is phone calls work perfectly through the bluetooth speakers, but throw doesn't work when playing music. The device also seems confused - the throw icon is highlighted in cyan, and the device under the menu is also highlighted, but the audio continues to play through the phone's speakers.

It has the same behavior with my UE BOOM speaker and with my car's system (mObridge MOST). My phone's software build number is 17.1.1.A.0.402.
I use a Bluetooth headset (Best Buy brand) when watching videos on my Xoom WiFi. However, the sound is nearly a second behind the video. I have the same problem when using the bluetooth headphones with my HP notebook. I understand that Bluetooth requires a lot more processing than hard-wired headphones. However, a fast processor such as the one in the Xoom should have negligible processing delay. I suppose the headphones could contribute most of the delay, but I still find it hard to accept that delay should be so long. I use digital hearing aids that have a 32 channel digital filter. The hearing instruments have to first do an A to D conversion, then process the audio and convert it back to Analog before sending the signal to the output transducer. Yet the delay through the hearing aids is negligible. Why is the delay so long through bluetooth or are the Best Buy headphones just crap? I really like using wireless headphones. Wired headphones are always getting tangled or I forget about the wires and walk away from my notebook and either yank the headphones off my head or come very close to dragging the notebook onto the floor.

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy previous Nokia 9500 and E90 both played ringtone and alarm tones from main phone speakers even when connected to a bluetooth headset, but the N900 seems to re-direct all sounds exclusively to the headset.This is a problem since there are times when I remove the headset and then I miss calls and alarms unless I disconnect the bluetooth headset each time. It is not convenient to have to repeatedly connect and disconnect the bluetooth device.Is there any hope that this is not the intended functional design, and that it may be changed in the future? Currently, the N900 is not proving to be useful for me as a telephone.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI got a Wifi Xoom with 3.0.1 stock firmware (like if I could have it in any other version without voiding warranty) and I'm having some problems with my Moto BT keyboard. It connects well, pairs well, types well and without lag, but from time to time, when writing things longer than an URL or a login (for example an email) one of the letters typed repeats and repeats like holding it's key. It's quite annoying, and one of the times, the repeated key was backspace, so it erased all of the text.
