My Xprt was able to connect to my Bluetooth (Q Ant 2) without any issue. Over the past two days it cannot connect. I have removed battery from the phone, Shutdown/rebooted, made it scan for devices, cried/screamed etc. and to no avail. I get an audio prompt from my headset that states ( "Unable to connect") On my Xprt in the Bluetooth section I get "connecting...." then it will sate "paired but unable to connect".
View 3 RepliesWhen I go into "Bluetooth Settings" I cannot set the device to "discover-able".All of them say "paired but not connected" but none will connected to the device with which it is paired. And one more thing: when I scan for devices, it scans and scans but will not detect/find any device.

Both devices will find each other and get as far as putting in the code to make sure they are the right device, then my computer confirms the connection and my phone shows up in Bluetooth devices, but on my phone is shows paired but not connected and there is no option to connect, only to unpair.

I turned off both devices and I turned on again, I paired again both phones but the problem persists: Razr sends files but doesn't receive them.No problem with my bluetooth headset.

But then when I tried to send again, it didn't went through.The error says "Connection failure". View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a Blackberry Curve 8900, Windows XP SP2, Desktop Manager 4.7 and a 3com PCMIA Bluetooth Card. Using the card I have successfully paired my computer with my Blackberry. All the services on the blackberry are enabled and the Bluetooth software shows that the serial port service is available using COM4. When I open Desktop Manager and open Connection Options, the 'use bluetooth' option is grayed out, so I cannot connect my Blackberry. Does anyone know what to do?

View 15 Replies View RelatedSo yesterday I was using Facebook on my Bionic for a good half hour to 40 min. After I was done I put the phone in my pocket and went on my way. About an hour later I take out my phone to use it and upon waking up the phone, there was a pop up box on the screen stating that the Facebook app was either not responding or has been running for an extended period of time would you like to terminate the app? I click on the button to kill it off and that was that.
Has anyone ever had this happen on their phone? In all the years I've owned an Android phone I have never seen something like this, is this Moto's app killer? I know I do not have any apps listed in the apps to kill in the moto app killer so I'm not sure why this pop up came up.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am trying to pair my SII to a motorola T325 speakerphone. It pairs fine but when it goes to download my phonebook it does not work. "Phonebook access request" shows up at the top of the phone screen but then nothing happens. I then attempted to put the speakerphone into manual mode and send the vCards over from the SII but when I attempt that it says ContactName.vcf not sent. I have reset the speakerphone to factory already. I have also tried deleting all pairings on the SII and re-pairing the speakerphone, nothing works. Speakerphone downloads phonebook from other phones fine. I need the contacts in this speakerphone so I know who I'm getting calls from at work.

My husband's I-Phone (AT&T was worked with this car as long as my Droid has. But the HandsFree has no trouble connecting to his IPhone. My Droid also cannot find my husband's Plantronics hands-free earphone. The OS appears to be the latest version as I checked and no updates are available.

FOR A WEEK MY PHONE WAS DOING FINE AND THEN WHEN I USE THE 3G MOBILE HOTSPOT I KEEP MY PHONE PLUGGED IN AND THE BATTERY SAYS IT IS CHARGING BUT IT IS DOING THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE AND GOING DEAD. MY PHONE KEEPS TURNING OFF IN 4-5 HOURS AND IT IS SAYING IT IS DEAD. AND ALSO MY PHONE GETS HOT AT THE TOP OF THE PHONE, THE BOTTOM OF THE PHONE STAYS COOL.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI have a completely stock Moto XPRT running 4.1.15.MB612. When I select to check for updates, it says 4.1.110.MB612 is available so I click to download. I'm on wifi so thankfully it's not too slow. The phone reboots, shows the Android guy doing his thing then quickly boots back in to Android before eventually popping up with the error "failed to update". So I lurked the forums and see to hold the @ symbol down when in recovery and do so, here's what pops up.

I have at least 6 XPRT's in my company that users are complaining they turn on by themselves in the middle of the night. This started happening after the Gingerbread update and has happened on phones that I've done a factory reset on. I've had them remove them from the cases to make sure they are pressing on the power button but the problem persists. I've seen some posts from Droid users having had the same problem and one XPRT user on the Sprint forums.
Could it be an app that get's installed. I've confirmed they are shutting them off and not just putting them in "low power" mode.
