Dec 30, 2011I want to record my calls. Is there any app or maybe some trick to do that? I was told that I have to modyfy me soft/phone?

Motorola XPRT :: Recording Video, Landscape And Portrait Mode?
Jun 18, 2011If I record video with the phone in a vertical position (keyboard at bottom), the video plays back sideways.No matter how I position the phone during playback, it's always sideways.If I record video with the phone in a horizontal position, it plays back just fine. No matter phone position.Is this normal? Do I always have to hold the phone sideways to record video?

Aug 16, 2012When I receive a call from a number that is not one of my contacts, the image that pops up is a question mark. Is there a way to remove or change this image. I don't like seeing a question mark when I get a call from someone not on my contact list. I think the Droid phones have a little green android creature that pops up on such calls, but this Motorola XPRT has a question mark. Something like the android creature would be better, or simply no picture at all. I can't find an app that will do this.

Mar 31, 2012So finally i have an issue with my iphone 4s, 16 Gb black. So we had this concert and i asked one friend to record the show with the Iphone, all in full HD. Everything went well until minute 58 of the recording when i received a phone call and the recording was interrupted. After the call, my friend didnt recorded anymore because the Iphone wouldnt let him. So after the concert i wanted to check the video and in the camera roll i could see the file onyl22 seconds recorded. I thought that he pressed the record button by mystake and shut down the process. Everything ok untill i went in setting, general, usage and i saw there that i have only 1.2 Gb available. I deleted all my files o purpose to be able to record the whole show. Again, the footage that i can see in the camera roll is only 22 seconds long when he told me exactly that he recorded 58 minutes.Now im trying to go to the camera to record something but i cannot do that, automatically exists when in camera and i press record button. Can you please advise me? Sorry for the long post but i think i could really need some help to clear this situation and also, to save the whole 58 minutes footage, not 22 sec as it appears

I then tried thinking of getting a digital voice memo recorder with an in/out line that I could use a wired headset to but I feel like I'm making it too complicated. Sep 21, 2012I HAVE BOUGHT A MOTORLA XPRT A MONTH AGO AND I ADDED THE 3G MOBILE HOTSPOT TO IT A WEEK LATER. FOR A WEEK MY PHONE WAS DOING FINE AND THEN WHEN I USE THE 3G MOBILE HOTSPOT I KEEP MY PHONE PLUGGED IN AND THE BATTERY SAYS IT IS CHARGING BUT IT IS DOING THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE AND GOING DEAD. Jul 23, 2012I have a completely stock Moto XPRT running 4.1.15.MB612. When I select to check for updates, it says 4.1.110.MB612 is available so I click to download. I'm on wifi so thankfully it's not too slow. The phone reboots, shows the Android guy doing his thing then quickly boots back in to Android before eventually popping up with the error "failed to update". So I lurked the forums and see to hold the @ symbol down when in recovery and do so, here's what pops up.

Motorola XPRT :: Turning On By Itself After Gingerbread?
Nov 8, 2012I have at least 6 XPRT's in my company that users are complaining they turn on by themselves in the middle of the night. This started happening after the Gingerbread update and has happened on phones that I've done a factory reset on. I've had them remove them from the cases to make sure they are pressing on the power button but the problem persists. I've seen some posts from Droid users having had the same problem and one XPRT user on the Sprint forums.
Could it be an app that get's installed. I've confirmed they are shutting them off and not just putting them in "low power" mode.
