Motoactv website seems to be showing all the information about the run (distance, time, pace) correctly. However the map is totally wrong. It only shows about the last mile of my run. Anyone know if there is any way to show that data?
View 1 RepliesI would like to report a bug with regards to saving/making a route public.I go into Planning, then Routing, and I have several routes saved from previous workouts. As per below, I click on the "Public Route" check box, and then Save. I just get booted to a generic screen/map with the "Create New Route" button.Regardless of whether I click on save or not, if I reselect the route on the left, then it the "Public Route" check box is cleared again.In addition on the screenshot below, why does it say "2525 Hemlock St, Vancouver, BC V6H, Canada | 0.06 km". This route was clearly 25k. Strange/weird thing also is if i click on "Edit Route", (Hey anthing's worth a try....) and then Save, it actually turns my route (ie destroys my route) into .06 km. This is exactly what happened to the bottom route on the left list; it used to be 25k until I 'saved' it. Oh well, at least I can go into my recent workouts and resave the route and try again!

View 4 Replies View RelatedEver since I upgraded the software on my MotoActv I am no longer able to view route information for new workouts on my phone. Every time I try to view the routes, I get the message "Route information is not available for this workout." I know that the route information is syncing properly to MotoActv.com, because I can view it there. I just can't view it on my phone. The one workout that I completed prior to the software upgrade shows route information just fine on my phone.I have a MotoActv 8GB and it is currently running MA 1.6.13 N8. Strangely enough, the website lists the latest software as being MA 1.6.6 N8, so how did I get something newer and could this be part of the problem?

View 9 Replies View RelatedI did a Bike "workout" 6 weeks ago and after syncing, it had the route information on the MotoActv App. However, my latest two workouts show "Route Information Is Not Available for this Workout". I'm pretty sure I can see the routes on the website, but it's not loading any of my workouts at the moment. It would also be awesome if you could sync the golf "workouts" and show them on the MotoActv App as well; I imagine that has been in the works though.

I would like to see how can I use the device for trail running, and how to follow the trace on the Motoacv's screen. However, when I print from this site I get 7 pages of mostly useless generic stuff- such as scheduled workouts, etc. The details I'm looking for don't start until page 6! When I rotate to put the charger on top (aka, so I can charge the battery while doing something so battery draining), nothing happens, the video won't rotate. (This was flash emedded video on a web page.)
View 3 Replies View RelatedKudos to the designer who made the Full Screen Battery Meter you get when you plug it in using the wall charger after it has shut down due to depleted battery. I don't know if this has always been there or if you also get it if you plug it in to your computer after a full discharge or when you plug it in to the wall charger after you power off (without depleting the battery fully). But it sure is a nice touch - a really smooth animated battery meter that fills the entire screen for the little over an hour that it takes to charge from 0% to 100%. Well done, Team MotoACTV

Motocast tells me I've synced ok.On the latest workout page the following message is displayed along with Key Features A, B and C.The wellness activity tracker shows activity for every workout.No workout data?Once you've got some workouts recorded by MOTOACTV, you can evaluate them here with pinpoint precision.

I added it to display on the watch during the run, but once uploaded to the site there doesn't seem to be a way to display that data.
I have recently updated my Bell Atrix to the latest version that came out. I did it OTA and everything went great. Some applications appear much smaller on the screen than they should. For example WeatherEye appears as if it were zoomed out. It also happens the same way with Swiftkey X beta, which shows up about 1/2 as big as it should.
View 11 Replies View RelatedUnless I am missing something, I think the homepage of the MA Portal should show a summary of all of your workouts (split by workout type). So it should show a summary of total miles and calories for bikes rides, total miles and calories for runs, etc.ight now it just shows the summary of your last workout. Is there even a way to get this summary information? When I go to the Workouts tab and go to Recent Workouts, it looks like you can only see 3-4 weeks at a time.
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I set a target of type "distance & time" (e.g 5 km in 25 minutes), I can not see my progress against my virtual opponent, that is, I can not see how far or how fast I am doing against that target. Just appears my data, and none from the opponent. I already have the opponent screen enabled. When I compete against a previously saved workout, it works fine.
can I see my progress against the opponent when I set a "distance & time" target, or it only works when I compete against previously saved workouts?
Why now all of a sudden does my display show total step history instead of daily steps? How can I change it back to daily steps?
View 1 Replies View RelatedCan Anybody please tell me why my MOTOACTV doesn't like to connect to GPS? My distances and times are WAY off. I would estimate that 30% of my runs have connected. I tried today, with a clear shot of the sky without a cloud to be seen and it wouldn't work. I wasn't moving and have the MOTOACTV on my arm. I waited for 2 full cycles while it tried to connect. I am sick of it. The time is set correctly on the unit to Daylight Central Time. It is giving me the correct time. The portal doesn't seem to have the option for a Daylight Central Time. It should still work. I am really getting fed up of the chats with support, only to be told I need to call and have it taken care of. I even told Matt about this a couple of weeks ago. I got no response from him. What is going on with this? When it works, it works well. If this wasn't a gift, I would return it and hope for a better outcome with a new one (no receipt).

It gives me an error message that says that the program has stopped working and shuts down the Motorola Media Link from syncing. Any word on what the problem could be? I have ripped and re-installed the program several times only to see Motorola Media Link work once.
