Feb 21, 2012i cannot forward any text message. when i hit the menu key...my only options are to call, insert, insert smiley, delete, select multiple and the more button. when i hit that, i only get add subject and set priority

Dec 20, 2011I am having no luck trying to send any picture to someone using my Hotmail account. I can recieve any message fine and reply just with text but if i attatch any file (so far picture) it doesnt allow me.
I had to send a file through a MMS just so they could get it.

Mar 3, 2012I had a text message that didn't send, no big deal. I ended up deleting the message as it wasn't important.However, a few days later, I get a message not sent notification in my bar. Selecting on it brings up my text messaging app and a box comes up Message Not Available. Clearing the notification does no good, as it just pops back up whenever I access my text messaging.

Nov 26, 2011how to I hide the message preview that shows up in the status bar when a text comes in? I have already been to the notifications settings in the factory widget app I'm using and turned off "display notifications in status". However this seems to not show ANY notification in the status bar that there is an unopened text waiting. To clarify, what I'd like is to see that the notification that a text came in, i just don't want the scrolling preview to be seen when it comes in.

Motorola Electrify 2 :: Text Messaging Suddenly Stopped Working?
Sep 7, 2012I'm probably going to have to take this in to the local US Cellular store to see if they can figure out what is going on. I tried sending texts to three different individuals this morning and all are not going through. Initially I was using Go SMS Pro as my default SMS program. Thinking something may be messed up with that program, I switched my default SMS program to the phone's Text Messaging program. Still cannot send or receive any messages. I am on a business plan (which my wife is on as well). She is receiving and sending texts fine. I tried sending her a test text, and it tells me "Message Not Sent". I had her send a test text to me. It shows that it sends fine on her end, but I never get anything.
Is there any error log I can look at to see what's going on? I have powered my phone off and on 3 times already this morning and that hasn't fixed the issue. Any suggestions or am I just going to have to take it in? I hate doing that because they're just going to do a Factory Reset I'm sure since they aren't too good on the technical side of things.

Jan 22, 2012Iam a Uscc agent and I have a customer with the electrify and their phone is dying within a couple of hours and only sending a couple of text messages and making one phone call I have given a battery swap and checked the phone for any bad apps but there were no additional applications installed and settings do not seem out of place and compared it to mine that I have abd everything matches and mine lasts me an entire day of heavy use. I am just wondering if there is anything else that could be draining the battery or a way to fix it?

Nov 17, 2011Testing the multi touch functionality of my phone, to my dismay, shows acknowledgement of two points of contact. Needless to say, the piano app that I use.( for jotting down quick ideas, I am a music director at my church and a songwriter) is nearly unusable because piano often uses more than two fingers. I know that the hacking community has been able to enable up to 8 points if multitouch. Is this going to be enabled for this phone? I would hate to get rid of it since I love everything else about it, and have no problems at all with any functionality. ( aside from that whole pesky multitouch thing).
