Dec 7, 2014So I just got my macbook air couple weeks ago, I just updated it to OS X Yosemite and wanted to connect my iPhone messages to the messages on my mac. Both are connected to my apple ID account and whatnot with iCloud turned on on both, my iPhone is updated with IOS 8.1.1 and have Send as SMS on. Is there something I'm missing because my phone doesn't show the option of forward text message as others do.

Verizon Wireless tech support was stumped, and no help in the online motorola tech support either.

Jun 2, 2011In the native Text Message application I am finding that for one contact, that I notice, the conversation is not grouping inbound and outbound messages. For all others it is. For example: If I open the Text Message application I can see two entries for the same contact. The first entry is all the messages I have sent to this contact. The second entry is for all the messages this contact has sent me. I have deleted the contact and recreated and it still occurring.

Sep 29, 2011Now that I've had this happen a couple of times and I know I wasn't hallucinating, I wanted to see if anyone else had noticed it.Sometimes, when I get a new text message, I pull down the notification bar, click the notification, and it takes me to a blank text thread, addressed to the person who sent me the message, just as if I was sending a brand new text in a brand new thread to that person. If I back out of it and go back to text messaging, their name is still showing in bold blue, indicating there is a new message, and I can click it and everything is there as expected.
