Motorola Atrix 4G :: Albums Are Not Working Correctly In Gallery?
Oct 4, 2011I just recently started having a problem in the Gallery when it comes adding pictures to albums. Whenever I try adding a picture to an album I get an error that says "Sorry - The application Gallery (process com.motorola.gallery) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." The only option I have is to force close, no report option. I have tried shutting down the phone and rebooting it and the problem is still occurring. I also have done a full system scan using the antivirus app, Lookout. No problems showed up on the scan. I have also done a hard reset (removing the battery)

Oct 23, 2011I upgraded my wife's phone finally to the new software release. She has been going along pretty good but just this morning, the internet browser won't open anymore and I get an error:
"The application browser (process com.android.browser) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again"....."force close" button appears.
I also tried this in "safe mode" with the same error. I also tried with "wi-fi" on and "wi-fi" off. No difference.
Just writing this post, when the phone went to sleep and I tried to turn it back on.....it wouldn't do anything (not responding). Once it did turn on to the "locked screen" window, the screen would not unlock or even respond. A few minutes later, it decided to react.....still in safe mode, too.

Apr 30, 2011I have the atrix and after trying to close web page down the way forum suggest its still not closing down. The page where I booked a hotel room is still open on the widget. If I try to go back it says its possible to recharge my card. The widget still up on my home page. you click on it and the hotel browser pops right back up.

Aug 9, 2011Unable to open any web links from an app or gmail ....started to happen a few minutes ago..these links are embedded in a email or from an app like pulse etc. I have stock broswer and dolphin HD ...and I select which one to displayed when the browser selection pop up window comes up.
Now the selection popup window does not come at all...and the screen goes about 50% dark and when touched anywhere on the screen ...it comes to normal brightness...

Apr 17, 2012i have Atrix 4g phone, how do i open my notes from SD card?i had a problem with my phone i end up doing a factory resest. before i did i could tranfer someof my files to my sd card and to my pc. i restall the program that i did the notes in "Note Everything" how can i get the notes from sd card to read in Note everything. the note are PWI format. i what program can instal on my pc to read them . i donot have microsoft word.
also when i start my phone after the factory reset i still see the market place icon, n i when i open it on the phone it is still look like the market set up and it still about 23 hours later too? is this normal

Jun 18, 2011wife's Atrix's browser has a white square on top of the screen whenever she opens the browser. I tried to move it but it won't move. It doesn't respond when I pinch my fingers together to zoom out. This happens only with the browser. I can se some part of the webpages on the upper part of the screen and some on the lower part.But the middle is covered by that square.

Jul 7, 2011If I leave my phone on a browser page or text message app or any other app, and the phone goes into standby / locked mode, when an incoming call comes in, I am unable to answer the call. Sometimes I can't unlock the phone (screen dead to touch), sometimes I can unlock but then still no screen, no call Answer button appears, but the phone is ringing.
Is it correct then, that one should never leave any app or browser open on the phone?

Jun 27, 2011One minor irratation I have is the phone keypad not being present when making a call. For instance, if you get a voicemail and you tap on the icon the standard active call screen opens, but you then need to touch an icon to open up the dialer pad so you can interact with the voicemail system. Is there any setting that allows the dialer pad to open automatically when a call is made? Would be really great if this feature could be selective for certain numbers such as voicemail.

After the last update, I started using the option to encrypt user data and files stored to my SD card. My Atrix has had a lot of programs force closing lately, so I did a hard reset. All my user data was intact after the reset, but I can't open any of my photos that were encrypted. I've tried setting my password to the same as it was before, but I still can't access the files. Feb 7, 2012Okay, I have been unable to get mail on my Blackberry Curve 9330 for some time. I have this phone under Verizon. quite awhile back during one of the updates not the last the one I did today or the last one but probably the one before it I'm assuming one of my email setups didn't directly download right causing it to screw up. It has nothing to do with resets on my phone I have tried numerous times resetting it and it doesn't work. Everytime I go into email setup, I go to Setup>Email Accounts>Internet Mail Account and then either it just freezes at the screen, or just goes back to the "Select the feature you want to set up screen" everytime. I have tried going into Service Books to try to send service books but it doesn't give me the option... I am unable to get into my Blackberry Internet Service account because I cannot remember my password - and I have done password restore or whatever and it said it has sent to my phone

Dec 7, 2015Just got my 950 two days ago and unfortunately running into an issue with setting up a couple of email accounts.
I have six email addresses I track on the phone. Five of them are all on the same server but are different inboxes while the sixth is the Hotmail account from Microsoft.
Unfortunately two of the accounts on my personal server are not setting up. The phone tells me that it is synced by nothing is showing. I even submitted a test email from the phone that did show up on my desktop Outlook but does not show up on my phone.
I did a hard reset of the phone and still the exact same issue. I'm stumped as the other emails work just fine but for some reason these two inboxes are causing problems. They worked on my 920 and they work on Outlook desktop version. So what is the trick to get this working?

I had added it when I first got the phone. It told me that I was successful but I do not see it. When I attempt to add the account again, I get the message "The account has already been added"
Other than going to the Accounts list, is there somewhere I could check to see of the account actually exits? Is there a way to over-write the account?
